Wow, another year wasted, thrown away to rot and decay in a dumpster in an nearby alley. It's been a whole year, and I don't feel changed at all. I'm still the same old Kim Hye Jin. My friend, Min Ha Ri, has changed very much. She is taller and more beautiful than before. Sometimes I envy her. At five o'clock this morning, she stumbled into our house completely wasted, reeking of smoke and alcohol, with two equally beautiful men holding her up. Luckily for me, I happen to know them both. One I know as Kim YuGyeom, looks disgusted. The other, Min Yoongi, also drunk, is leading Ha Ri to her room, closing the door behind them. YuGyeom looks at me, completely sober, and smiles.
YG: Anneyonghaseo. I'm Kim YuGyeom.
HJ: I know.
YG: Pardon?
HJ: I-i mean, anneyonghaseo. Kim YuGyeom. I'm Kim Hye Jin.
YG: Oh?
. . .
HJ:Yes.
YG:Hye Jin. What a nice name.
HJ:What?Oh! Kamsahamnida.
I bow.
YG: There is no reason to bow to me! We are equals.
Equals? Is that what we are? I smile.
HJ: Oh. Of course.
YG: So how did you celebrate the new year?
HJ:Huh?
YG:Did you party, or count down the new year, or drink? Wait, don't tell me. You spammed Instagramᵀᴹ with selcas! What's your @? I want to follow you.
HJ:What?No stop I don't have one I stayed home!
YG: ʸou ʷʰaᵗ? ⁿo ʷaʸ.
HJ: Yes.
He sighed and grabbed my hand.
YG: Come on.
HJ: Where are we going?
YG:To a bar. You need to get out and do something.
HJ: WHAT NO I CANT IM ONLY 20!
YG:Oh, isn't that a relief. I'm 20 also.
Ah! Is that so? He looked around and then smiled.
YG:Do you mind if I stay the night? My ride is wasted.
HJ:No! Make yourself right at home.
