Should I? Will you?

Eda's POV
I wrapped the two fire whips that had returned to its original, non-powered state on my right hand while looking at the holographic layout of the castle grounds on my wrist watch. Phantom, still holding the red and black cane/shotgun followed behind, looking back every now and then to check and see whether there were more hostiles. We had met four more after killing the first two, Phantom did most of the job with the shotgun, she called it the "Rose Blaster" and that the giants "might look big but the skin is as soft as flowers". I disagree with that statement because I happened to try to punch one when the whip pulled them to me, their skin was actually hard, and Phantom said soft because she used a freaking gun on them, try hitting them, ya dingus.

We turned a corner and I said, "Throne room up ahead." I pointed to twin golden doors at the end of the room.

"Perfect," Phantom declared as she loaded and cocked her gun, "I want to kill some guys."

"Whoa no need to be all trigger-happy now huh?"

Phantom snorted, "Easy for you to say, you are not the one that was locked up in a glass bottle which was not even polished."

Yup, I had forgotten that Phantom took my trait of liking shiny and polished stuff. That's why her cane is always in tip-top condition even though it had been used in times of bloodshed.

"You want to open the door? Or should I?" Phantom gestured to the knobs.

"Be my guest."

We barged into the throne room, Phantom raised her gun while I held the whips on each hand and giants who sat on chairs facing the king snapped their heads up and looked at us with expressions of shock and surprise.

I whispered to Phantom, "We might have made a mistake of barging in like this, I thought you might to discuss a plan before this."

"Nonsense, we have a plan don't we? Hit and run, simple as that."

The giants burst out laughing and the King gave us a sinister sneer, he said, "Well what do we have here? The runaway and the helper, I assume?"

"Will you believe if I said I created all of you?"

The giants laughed again, the king answered, "Say that I don't, what proof do you have that says that you did create all of us."

I shrugged, "Well, I can just do this."

With one flick of the wrist, the first row of chairs burst into flames but not before tying the few giants with chains onto it. The giants shrieked and dissipated.

Phantom looked at me with her mouth wide open, "What the heck is that?"

"I have no idea as well."

The giant king glowered at us, "You will die today, both of you."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Normally 'you will die today' was so overrated in the tombstone industry that I felt compelled to ask him to say another sentence. Unfortunately, guards jumped at us from every possible direction.
I launched myself into the air... wait no, correction, the whips launched me into the air. I know that was my doing but I was not prepared to go free-fall in a hall. Phantom shot a few with her shotgun but ultimately decided to go with a machine gun. She did that and unsurprisingly it was black with red.
I folded my knees to my chest as I prepared for descent and impact. Little did I know I managed to decapitate a few giants in mid air as I was too busy panicking. I am so not an exercise person.
"Hey Phantom! See what I did?"
Phantom grunted and continued firing at the crowd of giants.
Sooner or later this place is going to be buried in giant dust. I raised an eyebrow at myself (Is that possible?).
I saw a flicker of gold at the side of my eye, I turned around just in time to see the King waving an axe at Phantom's direction.
Screw it, I launched myself into the air again, willing to change weapons in midair. I now possess a flaming sword, Sweet!
Landing on the ground, I started swinging the sword like a madman (I don't have training before, okay?). I killed a few Giants enough so that Phantom will not be surrounded. I buried my sword into the king's knee, he fell to his knees and growled.
Phantom grinned, "Nice tactic to launch away from me." She pauses from the shooting to give me time to get to her.
"Like I know that they will all come for you."
The king stood up and yelled bloody murder at us before charging.
We both looked at each other and shrugged. Phantom said, "Should I? I wanted to kill him for a while now."
I raised a brow, "Will you?"
"Yes."
Phantom changed the machine gun back to the cane. I wondered what she had up in her head, she had the cray cray ideas about ways to kill not me. She went to the king, crouched down so that she was level with his face. She held the dragon head of the cane in front of him before tapping the cane three times and once at the hilt. A flash of blinding red light shone and the king was nothing more and there were no dust on the ground.
I asked, "I thought you wanted revenge, that seemed like instant teleportation, no dust."
Phantom turned to look at me, she looked satisfied and pleasured, " 'Satisfaction guaranteed', it's what you said isn't it? About me and the cane? His soul is mine to torment forever until he eventually withers, which..." she turned the dragon head around and frowned, "...won't be long unfortunately."
Uh... okay, I didn't expect that from her but she is Phantom, what can I do?
As soon as Phantom was not being too weird now, we headed out to our next target. Free the rest of the dragons.
Zalgo groaned at the sight of light. Kept in the darkness for so long, light is the last thing it needed. The figure that stood at the door is the same as the one who threw it here. It's the same... person... Muscular and tall in body size.
"Get up, Virus, it's time to prove your worth." A contorted voice ordered. The contortion made the voice sound deep and layered, unnatural in any way possible.
"I... am not a virus!" It croaked, struggling to hoist its wound-laden body up.
The figure growled and seized its hair, the entity cried out in pain as the figure's lips curled into a smile, "Of course not, you are a dark entity just like me, but WEAKER!"
The figure, the dark entity, snarled the last word and flung Zalgo to the other side of the room where it collided with the wall and slid to the ground.
The dark entity made its way towards it with large strides, it crouched down, tilted its head and its eyes softened at the shaking Zalgo. It sighed, "If you had not made the mistake, then I would not have a reason to punish you, wouldn't there?"
Zalgo nodded shakily, gulping.
The entity smiled, "Good, now don't make the same mistake twice, you know what is coming your way."
At that, the figure disappeared.
Edit: I have gotten questions about Zalgo, it talks without the glitch when talking to the dark entity because they speak the same language (glitchyness...) but in order to not confuse one for the other I chose to put it this way, with the bold being the dark entity speaking.
