~nine~ Feelings?

I don't know why but I've been crying nonstop over the weekend since Madison told me hat her and Jack were dating. I need to figure out my stuff so I decided call my two favorite girls in the world that will definitely help me with this situation.

I take out my phone and dial Kassie's number.

"Hello?"

I sniffle through the phone and try to hide the fact that I've been crying. "Can you guys come over—can we go somewhere I uh have to talk to you guys." I manage to get the words out even when I'm crying.

"Is everything okay? What happened?!" Kassie asks worriedly.

"I'll tell you everything when you guys come."

"Ok me and Arielle will be right there in about 5 minutes." She says. "bye love you!"

"Love you too," I say, before ending the phone call.

"Oh my god Ava what happened?!" Arielle and Kassie exclaim before running to me with hugs.

"Let's get to the place first and I'll tell you everything." I say to them.

>>After a 10 minute car drive<<

We head to dippin' dots and order our ice cream and sit together in one of the tables.

"So what's going on?" Arielle asks.

"It's about Madison..."

"Oh my god what did that bitch do again?" Kassie groans.

"So on Thursday after lunch I was going to my locker and he after I got my stuff and closed it, Madison magically appeared there. And she told me she had 'news' for me and I knew it wasn't good so I want to leave but she didn't care and she wanted to tell me either way. And then she told me I'm glad that I enjoyed my date yesterday with Cameron."

"What the f*ck?"

"Is she like some sort of stalker or something," Arielle says.

"That's what I said!"

"Ok go on."

"So then she was like it's good you moved on to someone else knowing the slut that I AM."

"Hold up..she's calling you a slut when she's literally slept with almost every guy in the school?" Arielle looks so stunned right now.

"The devil surely is a liar," Kassie says shaking her head and making us laugh.

"Yeah so then she told me....that...s-she's with j-jack now," I stutter out. And after I say those words I look down and I can feel the tears in my eyes again.

"OK WHAT THE ACTUAL F***! This is so ridiculous!" Kassie raises her voice, and then slamming her hand on the table. Arielle is just sitting over here with her mouth agape.

"Guys calm down. It's not even a big d-

"OF COURSE ITS A BIG DEAL SHE'S OVER HERE TRYING TO MAKE YOU JEALOUS AND STEAL YOUR MA–

Arielle's sentence suddenly comes to a stop, and Kassie is glaring at her making the "shut up" face.

I cross my arms and raise my eyebrows. "Go on finish your sentence."

"Uh I was going to say steal your man."

"But he isn't my 'man' so what makes you say that," I ask, scowling at her.

They both sigh and I knew they were going to confess some things to me.

"Look Ava..we're truly sorry for that but I think it's time that you should know the truth. You may not realize it but I know that me and Arielle definitely know it."

"What truth?"

"Ava...I know this really hurts you, and we definitely know the reason why. Clearly if you didn't have any more feelings for Jack, receiving this kind of news wouldn't have an effect on you like it is right now. We both know how you two were so close with each other when you were dating and you guys loved each other deeply. We both know you still have feelings for him and you can't deny it, because we are your best friends and you can't lie to us because you know we are right deep down inside of you, even if you don't want to believe it. Usually we make it seem like you don't because we know about you liking Cameron. So we always hype you up about him to make you forget about Jack. Even though that it's hard for you to do. We know what Jack did was wrong, but I still believe you guys are right for each other even though it may be difficult to rekindle the powerful relationship you two once had. We both know Jack does not really like Madison like that and he even told you with his own mouth that he doesn't and she's just a distraction. You may think you like Cameron but in reality he's just a distraction for you too. So I suggest that you should snap out of this and fight this war to get your man back." Arielle explains to me.

Those words now had me in tears. Because I knew that she was absolutely right about this whole situation and I can't even deny it, as much as I want to.

"You're right. But I can't interfere someone else's relationship," I tell her. As much I would love to, it's so wrong and it's just something I wouldn't want to do someone else. It's just not in my nature.

"Honey. She interfered in yours. Spice things up a bit, you don't actually have to make him cheat on her. Whatever you do, just give her a taste of her own medicine." Kassie states, after eating a spoonful of ice cream.

"As for Jack—also give him a taste of his own medicine. But make yourself irresistible around him. Do anything to make him jealous. Torture him, make him want to kiss you but remind him of what he did and show him what he's missing out on." Arielle said.

"But that would be like I'm using Cameron don't you think?"

Arielle and Kassie both looked at each other. "Well not exactly, since you like him it's not necessarily using him." Kassie explains making it more clearer.

"Ohhh Okay I get it."

"This is so cool. It feels like we're in a action movie and we're making a killer plan for the mission." Arielle says excitedly.

"Oh gosh—why do you always have to ruin conversations Ari?"

"I guess I'm socially awkward," she says shrugging.

"OOOOH GUYS! I just forgot! Next week is homecoming, so we have to go dress shopping! Plus next week is the perfect week that Ava can execute her plan," Kassie says, winking at me.

"Oh my gosh shut up. But what if no one asks me to homecoming?"

"Girl are you crazy? Clearly Cameron will totally ask you to homecoming duhh." Arielle says making it seem like she is stating the obvious.

"we'll see....."

Next week should be fun...😉

Ooh! Is Cameron going to ask Ava to homecoming? What goes down when they go dress shopping? Is Ava going to "execute the plan" I guess you'll have to find out.
