1. They all die
2. Public Humiliation (My personal favorite)
3. Kushina, Narumi, and Menma get a clan curse on them that takes away their kekkei genki along with all the uzumaki benefits they have. They'll also get a mark burned onto their skin that won't go away until Naruko truly forgives them.
4. Minato loses his job
5. They all have their chakra sealed.
6. They regret their actions and work their butts off to earn Naruko's forgiveness.
