"L-Let me go!" The man hollered as the hooded attacker grabbed his neck, jabbing a dirty syringe with a clear substance into the man's neck and injecting the fluid. The attacker laughed before running off, stepping through puddles as it was early spring.
The man turned onto his back, feeling strange things going through his body. He felt the feeling from the tip of his forehead, through his fingers, and down to his toes.
He thought about his children, he also wondered if he would die. Whatever that dude injected into his neck hurt like a bitch and he was just beginning to feel the pain.
The man let his tears stream down his face and his voice cry as he laid there on the wet evening, he began thinking of his ex.
It had been 2 years since the man had left, he had just recently returned to Korea for good. If his husband would've stayed he could've had a place to go-
"OH MY JESUS!" A voice screeched as it bent down next to the mans ear. "Excuse me sir, are you okay?"
The man found he was in a paralyzed state, unable to move. The dude shook him before panicking and rushing to whip his phone out.
He dropped it in a puddle to the left of the mans head.
"Fuck." He murmured.
The man swore that voice was too familiar.
"Hello?"
"Yes, I need ambulance and police."
"I think this guy is dead."

The man felt his body being lifted into the ambulance, still in its paralyzed state.
The siren gave him a slight headache as the ambulance rushed him to the closest hospital.
The doors opened and he was rushed out onto a gurney by doctors.
"What's his name?" One of the doctors asked, the man sighed, unable to speak.
"He's a John Doe." The ambulance medic stated, before hopping back into the ambulance and driving off.
The man felt his body slowly calm as he fell asleep, though nobody noticed.

His eyes shot open, a memory from years ago, re entering his mind.
He still suffered his headache, it was slightly worse.
The man looked around the room and watched the white walls, hoping for something to happen.
A nurse entered, smiling at the man.
"Good morning sir." She stated cheerfully as she changed the intervenes in his arm.
"Good morning." He spoke softly, his voice coarse.
"Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?" She asked as she pulled up a chair next to the bed. The man nodded.
"Alright." She paused, "Do you remember how you got here?"
"Uh." he thought, before the events of that night came flooding back into his mind like a truck. "I-I was attacked."
"Good." She replied sweetly, "Can you tell me your name?"
"His name is Min Jimin." The familiar voice said.
The voice met the face as Jimin wanted to cry.
"Hey." He said, his voice shaky.
"Hey Jimin." The man replied, standing next to the nurse.
"Who are you?" The nurse asked.
"A friend."
"Alright." She replied, turning her focus back to Jimin.
"Can you tell me how long you've been a hybrid?"
"A w-what?" Jimin asked, the man sighed.
"He became a hybrid after the attack."
"Ahh okay." The nurse replied, standing up. "I'll let you two chat."
The man took the nurses seat and took Jimin's hand in his.
"How are you Jiminie?" He asked, a worried expression on his face.
"I'm fine, I went to America a couple years ago."
"Really? Wow, it's been years since we've seen each other Jimin. I've missed you."
Jimin smiled, looking at their hands together.
"I've missed you too,"
"Taehyung."
