"The people are starving. Taxes are too high. And our crops have dried out from the drought." One Lord spoke to the King, who looked to his twin for explanation. The youngest twin shrugged his shoulders. "Your war expenses strained the royal treasury. I needed to find a way to make up for loss costs." Shaking his head, the eldest twin gave his council disapproving glances. "You're all useless." His brother chuckles lightly. "We're the fools? Brother, you ignored your statemen's pleas to end this dreadful war. You only have yourself to blame for this unsteady Kingdom." Forgotting they were in the presence of the royal council, the brother started in on each other.

"Oh, and I suppose you would've made a better choice."
"Of course, Your Majesty, no knows more than yourself."
"Remember when I inquired of your opinion? No? Neither do I, little brother."
"Everyone’s entitled to act stupid once in awhile, but you really abuse the privilege, big brother."
"If ignorance is bliss, you must be the happiest person on the planet."

Both brothers were both so engulfed in their arguement, either noticed Queen Dowager Anne Boleyn enter the Privy Chamber. Normally she would not dare enter while they were attending to state matters, however from what she heard through the door she knew state matters were no longer the topic of discussion.

"Have you both lost your senses? Everyone can here your petty bickering throughout the entire palace. If I hadn't given birth to you, I could have easily mistaken you for two small children rather than a King and a Royal Duke. You feel ashamed for embarassing yourselves and wasting these poor men time.  Instead of fixing the problems outside these palace walls, they must play the role of governess to grown men."

As if they were still boys, their head hung low as the lecture left their mother's mouth.

"We have more important things to handle that do not include teaching you both to how to properly behave." Turning to her eldest son, Anne glared harder.  "Over a year of your reign and somehow you still haven't grown up. As of now consider yourself King in name only, until you can act how a man of your age and station should, I will run state and court matters. I will decide when I think you are ready to take on the role of King once more."

Tired of constantly witnessing the childishness of the royal brother, No Lord dared to question the Queen Dowager command. However the young king lept from his seat to plead his case only to be silenced by his mother's single hand lifting into the air, gesturing for him to shut his mouth. "This is not up for discussion. You all are dismissed."

All the men, includig her sons left without another word. Anne walked around the Privy chamber, her left hand trailing along the surface of the table. She came to a halt when she reached the head of the table, with the large chair seated in it's place. Smirking, she sat dow in the large chair, usually reserved for the King. She enterwined her hands together, sitting them in front of her on the table. A large smile plastered on her face as her thoughts finally came full circle. "Time to get down to buisness."
