As the sky turned into a pale gradient shade of pink, she walked to her cherished garden. Astonishment dawned over her soft features. Where were all her amaryllises and hydrangeas?

She stood amidst the anxious atmosphere. This was not a new sight, it happened yesterday and the day before as well. Who's the one trying to attack her dearly adorned garden?

A boy with red hair, with a sweet tint in his face walked to her plants. She looked at him with a fierce gaze,  ready to pounce on him and murder him. Holding back her anger, she waited. For a while.

He started plucking out all the flowers one by one. She felt her heart crumbling. Without hesitation, she went ahead.

"Shooo!" Her gentle features were now furrowed. Her fists were clenched as she glared at him.

"Uh-sorry!" He said with a genuine worried tone and handed over all the flowers to her, embarrassedly.

"Why are you doing this?"

"I wanted to give this to someone I love" he said taking a quick glance at his feet, crimson was painted across his cheeks.

"Well, let me see if she is worth it." She replied back. He looked gloomy, his eyes had the depth, of a feeling that couldn't be expressed in mere silly sentences. Her kindness asked her to give him a chance.

Taking a deep breath, the boy took the lead as she walked behind him. Their footsteps walked in sync on the cement footpath. The sweet breeze brushed their skin.

They walked for a half an hour. The bright and lively neighbourhood slowly transformed into a wild, unkempt place. Their destination was a graveyard

She broke into a cold sweat at the sight of the dead loved ones. He gave her a sad smile. Heaven cried, the smell of the light rain hung around them.

She followed him to a grave. The grave had a visitor. Familiar hues of your flowers dressed up the grave. It would be wrong to say it was just a grave, it looked like it was living. It exhibited an aura, an uncanny one.

The girl was at a loss of words. All she she could do was mumble. "She's-she is worth it."

"Yeah. These are my flowers in your garden for her." He replied.

So, I've decided to rewrite this. This fanfiction is very near to my heart and is one of my first plots I came up with. I hope you'll have a good time reading this. Also, English isn't my first language so expect a few mistakes. Love, Avi <3
