It was already evening. As you sat in the back corner of the bus waiting for it to arrive at Kanagawa, you expected no one would sit beside you. Well expect the unexpected. Always.

The bus halted for a few seconds, allowing for the person to hop on the bus. He walked through the seats and sat beside you.

You were surprised to see him- Kuroda Yukinari, your classmate and your ultimate crush.

"Hello, (y/n)-san." He smiled, making you blush.

"Um, hi Kuroda-kun!"

"Do you always go to the bus like this?"

"Yeah. How bout' you? I thought you always go on bike?"

"Well, about that..." He scratched the back of his head. "I just went to the bike shop and it looks like I broke my frame." He frowned. You gave him a sympathetic smile.

You and Kuroda talked a lot. You were really happy. The trip took longer than expected, causing drowsiness to visit you. Kuroda was still on the bus, since both of you are headed to Kanagawa.

"Want.. to sleep." You muttered softly.

"Want some lullaby?" Kuroda joked, making you chuckle.

"No thanks." You leaned at the window as you close your eyes.

"Wake up! We're here!"

"Nngh..."

You felt something on your lips.

Something soft.

You jolted right up realizing what happened. Your face was red as a tomato.

"Finally you're up." Kuroda smiled, sighing from relief.

"What did you do that for!?" You freaked out.

"You won't wake up. That's why." He blushed.

You both walked out off the bus, both red from what Kuroda did earlier.

"Okay everyone. Since it's the beginning of another semester, I'd like to change your seats." Your homeroom teacher announced.

Everyone started standing up. Your teacher arranged your seating plan yesterday, so there were no problems.

Your name was called. You were designated to seat at the last row, beside the window. You sighed, expecting this.

"Kuroda-kun! Seat beside (l/n)-san." You gazed up at Kuroda, who is blushing madly as he walked towards you.

He sat there, staring at you.

"Yo, (f/n)-san." He smiled.

Looks like destiny wanted to ship you.

"Ello there." You smiled back.

In the end, you ended up sitting beside him again.
