Chaper 2: The Incident

I woke up laying on a bed in the nurses office. Then all the pain came back to my head. The nurse walked over to me and asked, "Do you have any idea what could have caused you to pass out?" "Nope." I lied. "Are you sure you don't just pass out, out of nowhere?" "I'm sure." I lied again. 

Ok well just lay here for a few more minutes and get back to class." "Wait, I have a few questions." I said causing the nurse to look at me. "Yes?" "Well first how did I get here and second how long was I out for?" I asked sitting up. "Well two young boys brought you in here and it is your 5th hour. Well the end of it. You have about 15 minutes left of the class." "Ok well I'm gonna go." I said grabbing my backpack. "Ok there is a boy out there claiming to be your tour guide or something." "Ugh ok." I said rolling my eyes and walking out. 

"Hold on Alisha." A familiar voice said. I turned to see that boy Caleb. "What do you want now?" I said obviously annoyed. "Excuse me I helped bring you to the nurse when you just blacked out." "Yeah, yeah. Thanks I guess." I said in a rude tone. "You guess? You owe me." "What do I owe you?" I asked. "You are going to go to the local coffee shop by the school at 5." "I don't even know what this damn place is called." I said.

 "It's called StarTrucks. It's literally the most popular coffee shop." "Oh that place! It is literally amazing." I said. "Yeah well you better meet me." "Only if you pay." I said. "Fine. You should probably get to class." "You should too dip shit." I said trying to find my 6th hour since 5th hour was ending in like 5 minutes. 

"Dude wait up! Remember you don't know around this place!" Caleb said running up to me. All of a sudden this voice started talking, "You two! Why aren't you in class?" We both turned around to see the principal. "I just got out of the nurs-" I was interrupted by the principal saying, "No excuses! Both of you detention after school for 1 week! You shouldn't be ditching class! As for you, you are starting off on a bad side with me lady." 

"How disrespectful of you. It is my first day, I just got out of the nurses office for passing out and he was just helping me to my next class. So you should be more nicer to your students before I go and make a complaint." I said confidently. 

"Make a complaint. I am just doing my job and you guys are waisting my time. Now for you little lady, you come into my office now and your punishment won't be good. You don't want to start so bad, do you? If you don't come into my office right now! As for you young man, get to your class now!" I signaled Caleb to walk to class and the principal and I walked to his office in silence.
