Yang walked onto the property of Schnee Tower, meeting up quickly with her boss and two other guards.

"I was starting to think you weren't going to show up." Cinder said coldly. "You know our policy."

"A half hour early to every job." The blonde replied, rolling her eyes.

Cinder glared at Yang for a second before turning around and moving towards the elevator. "Come on. The meetings gonna start as soon as Mr Schnee gets here."

The team of four got in the elevator, going straight to the rooftop to wait for their protectorate.

When they got their, a helicopter was just starting it's descent towards the landing pad.

"And this is why it's best to be here earlier than agreed upon." Cinder said, putting on her sunglasses and walking forward.

As the chopper touched down, a man in a white suit stepped out, his face stern yet calm. A younger boy stepped out after him, maybe in his late teens.

Yang's boss stopped in front of the man, nodding towards him. "Sir."

"Let's get this over with so I can get back to my work." Mr Schnee snapped. "I'd rather this be quick."

"Of course." Cinder said, directing the man towards the elevator.

Yang watched the man step in, a guard on either side of him, then noticed the younger Schnee trying to imitate the exact way that his father stepped in.

"Idiot." She mumbled to herself before following.

As they exited to the meeting hall, Yang noticed some Schnee Industries board members walking in the same direction they were going. Must be a big meeting.

"Weiss." Mr Schnee said coldly, drawing Yang's attention to the small ivory haired girl.

"Father." She replied, tipping her head to him. "It's been some time since I've seen you."

"Obviously too long." He growled back, walking away with the board members.

Weiss looked over at Yang in confusion, and mouthed to her 'What's that mean?'

'How the fuck should I know?' The blonde replied, following.

As everyone got settled in their seats, many of the members looked from Weiss, to Mr Schnee, to the younger man that came with him. Small hushed conversations made their way through the room, making it increasingly clear that nobody knew why they were there.

"Let's begin, shall we?" Mr Schnee started, then gestured to the boy next to him. "For those of you who don't know, this is my son Whitley. He will be joining the family business soon and I thought it proper for him to witness this meeting."

The boy bowed slightly to everyone, smiling lightly. "It's a pleasure to meet you all."

His father raised a hand, silencing him. "Now to business." Mr Schnee said plainly. "My daughter is being suspended."

The room was filled with a cement like silence and nobody dared to disturb it. One brave soul cleared his throat to speak.

"Sir, when you say that, what is it that you mean?" He asked.

The owner of the company narrowed his eyes. "I mean, Weiss Schnee has no access to the company from this point forward. She is cut off from the family fund, and has none of the benefits of having the Schnee name."

Even Whitley seemed frozen in shock from this. Yang was about to speak out when someone grabbed her wrist quickly.

"Not now." Cinder whispered. "We can talk after."

The only one that didn't seem surprised was Weiss herself, sitting calmly at the end of the table, expressionless in all aspects. The perfect poker face.

"May I know why I am no longer allowed to do my job?" She asked.

Her father smiled down at everyone in the room. "Because I will not have you ruin the family name with your abomination of a relationship." He stated. "You're lucky I didn't push so hard when you didn't like any of the suitors I found for you, but this... This is unacceptable."

"S-sir, if I may intrude." One of the businessmen started. "Miss Schnee is the backbone not only of our relations with Ozcorps, but of the entire company."

Another man followed up fast. "I can say for certainty that our accounting division would be torn apart without her."

"Weiss keeps all of our military contracts from being canceled or expiring!" Another cried. "That's one forth of our total revenue!"

Mr Schnee growled to himself before bursting out. "SHUT UP!"

The room went quiet, not a single person moving.

"She will have no part in my company! Is that understood?!" He roared. "I will not have her dragging it's name through the mud!! If and when she decides to drop this act of rebellion, and drops that stupid little girl back off at her bakery, then we can talk about her rejoining us."

Weiss calmly stood up, pushing in her chair. "That little girl is named Ruby. She runs a cafe, not a bakery."

"Why do I care!?"

"Because Ruby, my girlfriend, didn't need other people's money to become successful." The white haired woman said. "She fought for every cent, made her own business, and most certainly didn't just marry her way into money."

"Is that not what she's doing with you?" Mr Schnee remarked.

"No. It's not." Weiss answered. "I rarely pay for anything. She won't let me. My girlfriend, the love of my life, the woman I want to give my time to, actually likes me. She wants me."

This time, the company owner didn't have any quick response or venomous taunt.

"Not my money, not my name, just me." Weiss said. "And you know what? I'd trade the world for that."

The woman turned, calmed walking out of the room and leaving everyone to find their footing.

Weiss Schnee just dropped the mic in the middle of a business meeting that was put together to kick her out.

"Damn." Cinder whispered, Yang nodding in agreement.
