Plastic bags rustled as Jungkook walked while holding two of them in one hand, and just one in the other.

His older brother, Jin, was holding only one grocery bag. With his other hand he was scrolling through Twitter on his phone.

Jungkook is the youngest of the two, but he is definitely the stronger, so he does most of the heavy lifting. Technically Jin is really just as strong as him, but Jin has some kind of mentality that makes him think he doesn't have to do manly things most of the time.

Jungkook doesn't mind it though, even if it means he has to do most of the harder work, it makes him feel like he still has a mother around that he needs to protect. And he will protect Jin with all of his life, but the stubborn boy of course won't admit his affection towards his brother.

That was a problem with Jungkook, he never shows genuine affection towards anything, he is always just too scared or embarrased to express feelings like that.

The two brothers walked side by side, Jungkook whistling a tune and carrying the heavy bags like they weighed nothing.

His tune faltered though when they both started hearing yelling and loud bangs coming from the ally a few feet ahead of them. They exchanged the same look of concern and confusion before running towards the possible danger.

When the brothers rounded the corner they were met with the sight of a man kicking someone on the ground over and over.

"WOAH WOAH! HEY STOP!" Jungkook dropped the grocery bags, grabbed the mans shoulders, and pulled him away from his victum.

"DONT TOUCH ME!" The man shoved Jungkook away, but Jungkook wasn't about to show any weakness. He shoved the man right back. "HEY MAN WHAT THE HELL! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME, SO STAY OUT OF MY BUSINESS!" The man yelled.

He then pointed to the person on the ground that he was beating up before. It was a boy, who looked around Jungkook's age, with fringe covered his eyes. The poor thing seemed to be naked, huddled in a ball, and shivering in fear.

"That THING is a MONSTER!" The evil man exclaimed.

The man swung his foot out to kick the boy again, but before his boot could make contact with the boys cowering figure, Jungkook kicked him as hard as he could in the shins.

The man collapsed onto the ground with a loud cry of pain escaping from his mouth.

Jin quickly rushed over to the boy huddled in the corner of the allyway and squatted next to him.

Jin was surprised and amazed to see furry cat ears on the boy, they were flattened back as he cowered. Jin also noticed the boys frizzed tail, tucked between his legs that he was hugging tight to his body.

He wasn't going to question the boy about it, not yet at least. He didn't want to scare the boy any more than he already was. "I'm gonna get you out of here, okay?" Jin told him in a sweet reassuring voice.

Jin looked around for something to cover up the boy so they wouldn't get odd stares due to the fact that he's naked. He couldn't find anything.

He looked over to his brother and saw a solution. "Quickly! Jungkook, hand me your jacket!" Jin waved his hand frantically.

Jungkook fumbled with his jacket a bit before sliding it off of his arms and tossing it to Jin, who wrapped it around the boy.

Jin held the boy gently as they stood up, in the state that the boy is in he had trouble trying to stand up on his own. "Come, my brother will make sure that man doesn't follow us."

Jin led the boy carefully out of the allyway, they could hear Jungkook and the man fighting yet again as they fled.

Once they were in public, the boy cowered into Jin's side as they walked. Jungkook's jacket is amazingly big on the boy, he wore it like a dress.

People still gave dirty looks their way though, probably finding the boy strange due to the fact that he's "wearing" cat ears and a "dress."

"I'm going to take you to my home for now, okay?" Jin wanted to make sure that they boy was okay with all of this before taking him anywhere. The boy just nodded in response.

Jin flagged down a taxi and the two got in, Jungkook quickly ran over catching up to them before the taxi could drive off. He got in just in time, Jin sitting in between the boy and Jungkook now.

"I managed to knock him out." Jungkook panted, he definitely looked exhausted.

After taking a few seconds to catch his breath, Jungkook turned to look at the boy who was, yet again, curled up in a ball in his seat.

Jungkook's eyes widened when he right way noticed the feline features on the boy.

"Woah...what are you?"
