Through the eyes of an Entity

......'s POV

I opened my eyes. The light blinded me momentarily, then I realised, I can't see out of my right eye.

I sat up in an instant, my left eye's blurry sight took a while to adjust to the light of the room. The pain starts to set in, racking my entire body with agony. I gently lifted my hand to touch the empty eye socket on my face, the blood had dried on my face but the sudden touch disturbed it and it started bleeding again. I held my hand to cover it.

I inhaled sharply and said with my damaged and distorted vocal chords, "That assho..."

You better get going, virus. Let that eye be a permanent mark of your failure. A deep voice in my head chuckled.

I growled. I know what the Darker One is capable of, and I am in no shape to fight or give a remark especially if my... Oh God!

I looked down at my uncurled sleeve and exposed left arm. A deep cut shows a pattern similar to a lightning bolt, extending from my arm to my wrist. The skin was stretched so that it leaves a scar even after years of healing, I concentrated to try to heal the spot. But all I felt was how deep was the cut and I was horrified, if the Dark One was to use more strength, he would have went through the other side of my arm. I realised I can barely move my arm as the ligaments, tendons and muscles were so badly damaged. I unfolded my sleeve, gritted my teeth and tried to walk.

I have no choice but to use my right arm to support my weight on the table as I limped to the door. God knows what else he had done to my legs but it goddamn hurt.

The blood from my eyes was still flowing and dripped all over the floor. I paused at the door to rest when I heard...

"Welcome back, Creators."

It's Sireda and the Creators were back.

Shit.

I have to leave now.

You better hurry up.

Shut up.

The voice snarled, Don't talk back at me!

The wound on my arm began to throb and soon turned into searing pain. I covered my mouth and screamed. The sound came out muffled and I slid to the ground. Panting and waited for the pain to subside as I watched my fingers twitch.

Electric, should have thought of that.

The Dark One's powers are limitless, but his strongest one was electric and wound-condition manipulation. This means he can cause pain on wounds or reopen closed wounds whenever he wants.

I sat there, back to the wall. Taking a shaky breath and rearranging a few loose strands of my bluish purple hair to block the sight of my bleeding eye.

Well then, what's going on out there? Should I go out and expose myself?

Do it if you dare, virus.

As much as I like teasing people mercilessly, this one in particular had the way to reflect it back at me.

I knew you won't do it.

I ignored him. Bad mistake, that peeved him off even more, he sent another wave of pain down my system. I threw my head back and hissed, desperate not to be exposed or it'll be worse, tears streaming down my good eye. The pain made a few veins becoming visible on my neck.

When it was over, I breathed heavily and I was tired and too weak to move. I lied down on the floor and closed my eyes. In the meantime hoping that no one will enter the room.
