Xander's pov
I was recently enrolled at UA due to recommendations, despite my quirk not being very useful. Yet, so many people wanted me in based on recommendations. I thank all of them for this. I was walking to my class. Class 1-A which happened to be my homeroom. I walked in and so many people in the room greeted me. I was very happy, and I treated them all with respect. There was only one person in there that didn't greet me. A blonde guy with a serious attitude. I didn't pay much attention. There were a few people who really stood out to me. Particularly a short girl with brown eyes and beautiful brown hair. She greeted me with the most respect out of anyone in the classroom. Her voice was as beautiful as her eyes. All the confidence I had when I walked in had vanished as soon as she walked up to me. Her name was Ochaco Uraraka. I introduced myself to her as well. She said "I hope we become great friends!" However, that fateful encounter made me know who I wanted to be with for the rest of my life. Her.
Ochaco's pov
It was the first day of school and I was sitting at my desk in class 1-A. Just then, probably what I thought was the lovliest boy I had ever met walked in. I walked up to him and, he seemed to lose a little confidence when I walked up to him. I thought nothing of it and introduced myself. He did the same. He had the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. I then walked back to my desk, hoping I hadn't embarrassed myself. I told him of my quirk and he had told me about his. He was so charming, and so kind. But, in that encounter, I didn't just want to be his best friend. I wanted to he his girlfriend.
Timeskip to later
Xander's pov
It was lunch time, but I wasn't hungry, so I hung around in the hallways. Just then, I saw that girl I had encountered and the beginning of the day. She walked up to me, blushing a little and giving a nervous smile. I asked her if she was ok. She said yes. She then hugged me. I asked why. She didn't respond, so I hugged back hesitantly. Just then, she looked up at me and kissed me. I jumped back a little and blushed like crazy. I had something for her, but I didn't she had something for me as well. I hesitantly kissed back, but then she stopped. Her face was as red as Kirishima's hair. She then ran down the hallway while I just stood there, questioning everything that had just happened in the span of the entire morning.
Ochaco's pov
I was walking down to lunch, but just then I saw Xander walk down the hall. I made the stupid move to follow him unnoticed. He was so handsome. He then leaned against the wall and I decided to walk up to him. He noticed me and greeted me and asked if I was ok. I responded with yes. I then did something I regret. I hugged him. He hesitantly hugged me back. I looked up at him and he looked down at me. Then I did something that made me feel like an absolute idiot. I kissed him. His lips were so warm. I felt him jump back a little, but he then kissed me back. I stopped kissing him, let him go and then sprinted down the hallway as fast I could. I didn't look back. I'm sure he was just standing there questioning everything. I was questioning everything as well. I'm not sure if this made him hate me, or possibly love me even more.
