My mom was attacked by a weird looking monster let me just introduce myself I'm Andrew Meeks I'm 17 and this is my journal. Let me just say the events leading up to the attack.
Past
I just got home from school me and mom lived in a apartment in Yukon, Oklahoma. Not a famouse place but it was home my mom had sat me down to talk about my father. All I knew about my dad was that he looked like me and that he has a twin and that he was super busy. I have a twin too Her name in Annie she went missing about 4 years ago. She looked like my mom and my mom said that she has our dad's presonilty. I sat down in a chair as she got us some food and sat down across "I wanted to tell you this but i didn't to protect you" she said "Your father is-" I cut her off "A Busy hard working Man" she looked at me "His name is Apollo and it's about time you found out more about him too" she said as my best bud Matt Came in and sat down he lived with us because his parents had to go work somewhere else and they wanted him to stay so he didn't have a stress of moving to a new place.
She looked at Matt who nooded "Dude Your Father is a God a Greek God" he said My mom gave him a look of what is wrong with you "WAIT WHAT!?" I yelled standing up "this has to be some kind of Joke" I said looking at them My mom "It isn't Your father is Apollo god of Music and the sun" I looked at her "so... He was to busy being a God to vist?" I asked she nooded "MATT YOU KNEW!" I yelled matt "Dude I'm a saytire I am your protector I had to know" he said as he took off his shoes to Show His hooves "everything I knew is a lie?" I asked looking at them. And that's when It happened something came in and attacked my mom told us to run and Matt Pulled me away and I whatched as she got killed. But I didn't stop I kept going.
Present
And that's what happend at this point I'm walking with Matt he has some kind of greek coins with him. We started to Travle "where are we going?" I asked he looked at me "to a camp to keep you safe" he said I'm still pretty shaken "and where is it?" I asked he smiled "New york" I nooded and looked up I couldm't belive it at all I guess Matt could tell "I'll show you the Advince" he said "You have a natural gift for music that's from your father" he said I looked "I still just can't belive it" I said We had to stop the bus and get off cause we were at our Destnation the Air port as we walked I kept asking questions and Matt kept answering as a awhile he gave me something "a bow and arrow?" I asked he looked "a gift from your dad all his children gets them his weapon is a bow and Arrow just like his sisters" after we got on the plane we both were silent I ended up falling asleep I didn't know untill he woke me up. We had landed in New York I grabbed my One bag of Stuff that Matt gave me. And we headed out we walked out of the airport. He called a Taxi as one Came down it was mist but then a car We got in three women were in the front seat "To camp halfblood" Matt said then we were Off I was holding on scared for my life Matt was too.
When we got there I was confused I got out and Matt payed and he got out "Where is the camp?" I asked seeing no camp He then started to walk and I fellow3d and we entered threw a gate "WERE HERE AND WERE ALIVE!"
