Pakistan is a young country in South Asia.It was once part of India,ruled by the British,but in 1947,it became separate nation.The country's official name is Islamic Republic of Pakistan.Although it's population includes many ethnic groups,almost all of the people are Muslims.

Pakistan's flag is green with a vertical white strip on the left side.Green stands for the country's Muslims.White represents people of other faiths.The cresent and 5 pointed star are traditional symbols of the Islamic religion.
A little about the Islamic religion
If you are not a muslim and you do bad deeds or you are a muslim and you do bad deeds you will be thrown in fire in your after life ,the place of fire what we call is jahannam.So basically after life is the life after your death.If you are a muslim and you don't do bad deeds that much and your good deeds are more higher you will go to a place called Jannah which is the best place you could ever have,plus Jannah is ten times bigger than the world.Also our god's name is Allah,the muslim god,the benifecent ,the merciful.
