Castiel smiled to himself as Dean slung his arm around him, leading him up the stairs of the bunker.

“We're going now, be back whenever.” Dean called out to Sam, opening the door for Cas.

Cas blushed as he walked through the door, waiting up for his boyfriend before heading to the Impala.

“Allow me,” Dean jumped in front of Castiel, opening the passenger's door for the angel.

“Thank you, Dean.” Castiel smiled as he sat down, Dean shutting the door before jogging over to his side and getting seated in the driver's seat.

Dean sighed, starting the engine before making their way onto the main road. “Where to?” He turned to his left, looking at his boyfriend. Although Dean and Cas were already official, they hadn't had much time to themselves to actually go on a date, so this was their first one together. Dean wanted to make it special.

“On my way to the bunker, I passed a diner that you may enjoy. It is just down that road.” Cas explained, blushing deeply. Dean nodded, turning onto that road, turning up his tunes as well.

Once they arrived, Dean shut off the car, getting out and jogging over to Cas' side once more to open the door for him.

“Thank you, Dean.” Castiel nodded as he exited the car, Dean shutting the door for him. “I do have the ability to open doors, though.” He felt confused as to why Dean was helping him so much that night.

“It's called being a gentleman, Cas.” Dean smiled, throwing his arm over the angel's once again before planting a kiss on his cheek. “You can be one, too.” The hunter hinted, motioning to the door to the diner once they approached it.

Cas caught on, reaching foreword and opening the door so Dean could enter first, the angel walking in behind him.

They made their way to a booth right next to the window, one sitting across from the other. Castiel doesn't eat anything, being an angel and all, but Dean managed to convince him to force something down for the special night.

“Evening,” The waitress greeted the two, pen and notepad in hand. “What can I get ya?”

“I'll take the bacon cheeseburger, all the way, and a water.” Dean ordered, handing the waitress the menu.

Cas decided to settle for the chocolate shake, also handing her his menu.

“Is that okay?” Castiel asked Dean once the waitress had left.

Dean chuckled, shaking his head. “It's fine.” He smiled, adoring Cas. He loved how clueless the angel was. He had so much to learn, and he wanted to be the one to teach him.

Soon enough, their food came, Castiel getting the milkshake while Dean gets his burger and a water. Castiel watched Dean take a sloppy bite of his burger, making the angel smile. He liked the look on Dean's face when something pleased him.

Cas decided to taste this milkshake, reaching for the cup. The outside was coated in a layer of condensation, making it slippery to the touch, causing it to slip out of Cas' hands, spilling into his lap. He quickly grabbed the cup, standing it upright on the table. He was surprised at the coldness.

Dean laughed, amused by Cas. “Let me get some paper towels.” He said before getting up to go to the men's room and retrieve them.

Cas looked around, the cold substance absorbing into his trench coat. He smiled awkwardly at the folks passing by outside the window next to him, some giggling at him as they walked. Sure, he thought to himself, looking back down at the mess in his lap, laugh at the clueless angel.

Dean soon appeared, kicking the door of the men's open and approaching his boyfriend with a smile. “No need to fear, paper towels are here.” He joked, setting down the paper towels on the table. “Alright, angel boy. Strip.” He said, holding his hand out.

Cas blushed bright red, looking back up at the hunter. “Well, if you want to do this now, I guess-”

“Cas, no!” Dean sighed, laughing slightly. “Just hand me your coat.” He bit his lip, smiling small.

Cas nodded, standing up to take his coat off. Luckily, none of the milkshake got onto his underclothes, but it spilled off of his lap when he stood. “Oops,” he said, looking at the new mess.

Dean shook his head, taking the angel's coat and smiling. “Here,” He handed Cas a couple paper towels to wipe up the floor with. “Clean that up. I'll get your coat.” Dean laid the coat onto the table, dabbing up the mess. He sneaked a peak at Castiel while he was crouched down, cleaning up his mess. He leaned over, getting a better look at the angel's backside. He let out a breath, smiling before finishing up with the coat.

When Cas stood up, Dean said, “On the way home, we can drop this off at the dry-cleaners.” Dean folded the coat back up, setting it down on the seat next to him while Castiel went to throw the used paper towels away. On his way back to his seat, Cas was pulled into Dean's arms, which were wrapping around the angel's waist. He leaned on the table, placing a sweet kiss on Cas' lips before letting him sit back down, he, too, taking his seat once more.
