[Third Person]
Jason McCann never thought he'd feel this way about anybody. His heart was filled with so much love and it was like a big weight lifted off his shoulders.
A smile touched his lips as he looked down at the beautiful girl beside him. He couldn't help but stare at her, admiring every inch of her.
"B-beautiful... S-so b-beautiful..." He rasps pecking her forehead.
She squirms beside him, groaning a little.
"Wake up love." He rasps against her forehead.
"No mom. Five more minutes please..." She whines.
He chuckles at her cuteness. "No can do baby girl. Wake up."
She sighs, opening her eyes. "J-Jason..."
"Yep. It's me." He says with his deep raspy voice.
She raises up, covering her body with the sheets, looking around the hotel room. Suddenly the events of last night come flooding back.
"Holy shit..." She breathes.
"What's wrong?" Jason asks.
"I can't believe we actually did it." She says in disbelief.
"Yeah... We did." He reassures.
She sighs, looking over at him. She furrows her eyebrows, seeing a smile on his face.
"What?" He chuckles.
"You're smiling..."
"Is that a crime?" He chuckles.
"N-no but-"
"I'm happy... That's why I'm smiling." He says grabbing her hand.
"Why?" She asks curiously.
"Because of you..." He says kissing her hand.
Now she had to be dreaming. "Okay..."
"You don't believe me?" He asks.
"I don't know. Should I?" She asks.
"Yeah... You should..." He simply says, bringing her body to him.
She looks away from him. She wants to believe him, but it's hard.
"Journey..."
"I-I want to... But apart of me feels like you'll just..."
"I won't... I'm... I'm ready..." He says.
"R-ready for..."
"Look... I've had so many bad relationships. But I feel so good about this. I have a great feeling about us. And I want to try."
She smiles. "R-really?" She asks.
He pulls her in for a kiss. "Really..."
She closes her eyes, enjoying this moment. "I love you Jason..."
"And I love you Journey..."
After their 'moment', they showered and changed clothes. The check out time was for three o'clock and they decided to get something to eat.
After eating, he took her home, but not before kissing her and saying how much he loved her.
Journey felt content with herself. The prom started out a disaster and ended beautifully. Nothing could spoil the happiness she felt in her heart.
