The New Bill Cipher

Background info:

It's been three years since the Mystery Twins, Dipper and Mabel Pines, defeated the dream demon Bill Cipher. Now the twins are going back to Gravity Falls early to permanently live with their gruncles, Stan and Ford, because their parents, Mr & Mrs, Pines died in a car crash.

Third Person's pov:

Even though the dream demon Bill Cipher is thought to be dead, he is still a scary topic to discuss in the town of Gravity Falls. To the residents of this small little town, Bill is their version of the boogie man. This doesn't stop them from making jokes about him though. Right now some poor kid is being told to shake Bill's statue's hand, so he can hang with the cool kids.

"Come on, just shake his hand," one kid yells. "It's not like he's still alive."

"Yeah what's the worse that could happen?" another kid asked annoyed.

"I think he's scared!" a third kid yelled.

"No, I'm not," the kid whined.

"Scaredy cat, scaredy cat," the three kids mocked.

"I'm not a scaredy cat!" the kid shouted as he grabbed the statues hand, shutting his eyes waiting for something to happen. "Nothing happened," He said confused.

"See? We told you," one of the kids said.

The kid cracked a smile when suddenly the ground started to shake as the statue formed cracks and slowly fell apart. The kids slowly backed away from the statue. Even the cool kids were terrified by this event. The shaking stopped and the kids exhaled. Suddenly the ground rose and a teenage boy, around fifteen years old, crawled out of the ground in a suit & tie with a cane and top hat. The three 'cool' kids ran in fear, but the fourth kid that shook the statue's hand. The boy slowly walked over to the kid, knelt down, shook the kids hand and said "Thank you." After that the boy stood up and walked away leaving a confused kid. After a few minutes of walk aimlessly through the woods the boy finally made it to town. Everybody he walked passed just stared at him, but he didn't care. He walked to the police station and entered through the front door. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at the strange teenage boy that had just entered the building. The boy just stood there until sheriff Blubs decided to figure out what all this fuss was about.

"Excuse me, is there something that you need son?" the sheriff asked the boy.

"Yes, I'm here to turn myself in for a crime," the boy said.

"What crime would that be, exactly?" Blubs asked.

"Trying to take over the world," the boy said nonchalantly. Every one in the station dropped there stuff to listen to this.

"Is that so? What did you say your name was?" Blubs asked so he could call the boys parents.

"The name's Bill Cipher," Bill said with his hand out.

Blubs took his hand and said "Sheriff Blubs," with and eyebrow raised. "Why don't you fallow me," Blubs said leading his to an interrogation room and sat him down. After a few questions of Blubs trying to find out the boy's name his phone starts ringing. He sees the name Stanford Pines and answers it outside.

"What is it Ford?" Blubs asked. "I'm kind of busy."

"Blubs, I just got an alert on my black matter regulator," Ford said alarmed.

"Your what?" Blubs asked.

"There was a sudden spike of dark energy in the woods," Ford clarified.

"What does that mean?" Blubs asked.

"It means that there could be a chance that Bill Cipher is back," Ford finally said.

"Ford, you better get to the station soon," Blubs said with wide eyes and a shaky voice.

"Why? What's wrong?" Ford asked.

"I think I have Bill right here," Blubs explained.

"I'm on my way," Ford said. "Don't let him leave.

At the same time elsewhere the Twins are on the bus to Gravity Falls. Dipper is reading as usual, while Mabel is playing bus seat treasure hunt.

"Yes, I found a quarter!" Mabel said while under one of the bus seats.

"Mabel, how can you be this full of energy 24/7?" Dipper asked.

"Come on, aren't you excited to be going back to Gravity Falls early?" Mabel asked Dipper.

"Not really," Dipper sad a bit annoyed.

"Why not?" Mabel asked confused.

"You want to know why? Because of two reasons. One, last time we were in Gravity Falls I experienced my first heartbreak. And secondly, the reason we're going there early is because our parents are dead. That's why I'm not very fond of you being so happy all the time," Dipper let out in annoyance and anger.

"Oh," Mabel let out in a sad tone. Dipper looked over at her twin sister and saw her face.

"I'm sorry Mabel," Dipper said making Mabel look up. "I shouldn't have said that and I apologize. It was uncalled for. I'm just afraid because of everything that has been happening," Dipper explains putting her face in her hands.

"It's okay Dipper. I know that I've been acting pretty happy despite resent events, but it's just cause I'm scared too and I don't want it to show," Mabel explained to Dipper.

"Awkward Sibling Hug?" Dipper asked with her arms open.

"Awkward Sibling Hug," Mabel said giving her twin sister a hug.

"Pat, pat!" They both said patting the other's back twice.

The twins spent the rest of the ride to Gravity Falls in silence. Mabel fell asleep on Dipper's shoulder. Soon after Dipper fell asleep too. After awhile the bus hit a bump cause the twins to wake up.

"What happened?" Mabel asked the driver.

"Nothing to worry about, we just hit a bump," the driver said.

"Okay," Mabel said. She looked over at her sister and noticed the look on her face. "Dipper are you okay?" Mabel asked concerned.

"Yeah I'm fine," Dipper said with a smile. "I just have a weird feeling about this."

"What kind of feeling?" Mabel asked confused.

"I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it can't be good," Dipper said.

"Well whatever it is, we'll deal with it together," Mabel assured her sister.

"Your right," Dipper said smiling.

"Next stop, Gravity Falls, Oregon," the bus driver said. After a few minutes we passed a sign saying "Welcome to Gravity Falls" on it. Mabel and Dipper smiled at each other excited to see their friends again. But little did they know that someone else was waiting for them that would change there lives for ever. The questions was, for the worse or for the better?
