L x Light

Part One

L's POV

Just like every day, the task force was working hard on the kira case, but the great detective only had one thing on his  mind; Light Yagami. All he wanted to do was run his singers through his soft brunette hair. ' No stop with these thoughts, light Yagami is  Kira.' He thought as he looked at said person  and blushed a deep red. 'I just have to wait for just enough evidence to arrest him... but would I? I mean he is a mass murderer that has ruined thousands of people lives,  but he was my first ever friend since my parents died. ( I dont know for sure what happened but in this story they did) Not even Near nor Mello were this close to me and being around Light just seeme to make my world brighter

Light's POV

I noticed L staring at me with a slight blush but before I could ask him what was wrong a loud and familiar screech could be heard running up behind me. "Light-kun take me on a date." Misa said. I rolled my eyes to which L noticed and interrupted " Sorry to disappoint you miss Amane, but Light and I have some important business to attend to so if you dont mind please leave Light and I alone.  All that could be heard was Misa complaining as L pulled the chain that connected us together to our room that we shared. As we walked I noticed that the blush on his face returned. " Ryuzaki what's wrong, are you  jealous of of Misa Amane." I gasped/teased hoping for a small reaction from the emotionless boy in front of me. "Yes, I am. As much as I would like to deny it, I can't hide that I am jealous of Misa." he said. Ok to be honest I wasn't expecting that, but it made me blush that he was being so open with me. Also deep down I too was also developing feelings for the ravin haired boy. So once we got to our room, before he could head over to his computer I grabbed his wrists, turned him around and kissed him.
