Soo, I didn't like how I had written a few things in past chapters so I have changed how a few things happened if you want to check and be caught up :)

Jack woke with a pounding headache and was momentarily disorientated, he looked to the side of him expecting Andrea. She was gone and he had no clue what happened after Madison fled last night. Jack hastily climbed out of the bed and slipped last night's clothes on. He walked out the room, only to be met by harsh sunlight just to make his headache worse. He trudged down the stairs and made his way to the kitchen, managing to avoid the many unconscious teenagers whilst checking if any of them were Andrea.

Jack looked around for advil and eventually he found some in a high cupboard. He downed two of them with a cup of water before leaning his head against the cool steel of the refrigerator.

"Tough night?" said the one voice Jack was desperate not to hear.

Jack, not lifting his head replied "Go away, I'm not in the mood."

Jack felt a pair of small arms snake their way around his waist and he was really not in the mood. Jack grabbed the small boy behind him and slammed him against the fridge, not caring if he hurt him.

"Listen to me you faggot, I'm not interested in whatever shit you are trying to cause in my life. You have caused me nothing but drama, and my life would have been so much better without you in it. Get a new tutor and leave me alone." Jack spat at JJ.

Jack could almost feel him shrink under his hands, his eyes began to well up and he no longer seemed smug or confident. He seemed small and insecure, a new look for JJ.

Jack quickly realised that he went too far and released the boy from the fridge door. "Shit JJ, I didn't mean that." He spoke too fast and ran a hand through his messy hair in frustration.

A single tear ran down the boy's face as he tried to respond. "Some of us have accepted who we are Jack and we're not afraid to own it." and with that JJ walked out the room and Jack was left in a swarm of his own thoughts.

-

Jack flopped down on his bed and pulled out his phone ; three missed calls from Madison, great, a text from Andrea and a text from Matt.

A: Jack, I don't want to lead you on, but I was very drunk last night and I regret what happened. Think we shouldn't talk anymore, might be awkward. Sorry.

Jack sighed and put his face in his hands, why was everything going wrong for the boy who once had everything?

Jack then called Taylor and they agreed to meet up. Jack jumped in the shower and washed his hair quickly, he then shoved on the only clean clothes he could find before towel drying his hair. Jack grabbed his phone and his car keys and ran outside.

-

"Hey Taylor." Jack smiled at him as he plopped down in his car.

"Where we going exactly?" Taylor asked and changed the song playing.

"Nowhere in particular," Jack paused. "Taylor, are you and Shawn..."

"Dating?" Taylor finished his sentence. "Yeah I think so, but he can be kind of hard to read sometimes." Taylor smiled to himself.

"When did you know?" Jack asked hesitantly.

"Know what? That I was gay?" Taylor seemed confused.

"Yeah." Jack mumbled.

"Don't know to be honest, didn't ever find boys attractive until I met Shawn really. It's just like when I see him I get ten times more excited than I did when I was dating girls. I got bored so easy when I was with girls, but with Shawn it's not like that. " Taylor beamed. "Do you think you are?" Taylor turned in his seat to face Jack.

Jack, refusing to look at Taylor just kept driving. "No, well not exactly, no I'm not." Jack stuttered.

They drove in silence for a few minutes before Taylor broke it. "Jack Johnson." Taylor said at last.

"What?" Jack started to get nervous.

"You like him, don't you? It makes sense. We've gotten fucked about at bridge before and you just laughed, even when we asked for help. Jack you were down there in five minutes, and it's at least a ten minute drive from yours." Taylor seemed pleased with himself for figuring it out.

"It's complicated." Jack huffed.

"Jack Gilinsky is gay, wow never thought I'd say that." Taylor let out a half laugh.

"Dont say that." Jack got tense.

"Jack you're gay it's not a big deal." Taylor said in defence.

"I said, don't fucking say that!" Jack
yelled and slammed on the breaks. He whipped his head around to face Taylor, and Taylor could see that Jack was close to tears.

"Jack I-" Taylor began.

"Why me? Why am I like this? Why can't I be normal?" Jack sobbed.

"Fucking own it, Jack. Gay isn't a choice man. It's who you are." Taylor tried to console him.

Jack looked up at him through the tears and paused for a moment. "It's not?"

Taylor laughed briefly. "No, man. Just took you a while to find that side of you."

They were both silent for a few minutes, the car  sat in the middle of the road, both of them deep in thought.

"You know what you gotta do now?" Taylor asked.

"I fucked it up. Got mad at him this morning and called him a faggot and said my life would be better without him." Jack seemed embarrassed.

"Drop me off then go make it right." Taylor told him, and Jack followed his command.

Sorry for taking agessss to update, pretty sure it's been a solid 16 months lol :)) enjoy and I might update more, who knows to be honest??
