You were 23 at the time. A year ago. You were getting ready to post a new video after a year. You and your best friend, Amanda, are hanging out at what's left at your old house.
"Amanda, I just don't know anymore".
You sit at your desk editing a new video.
"It's...It's just I haven't posted a new video in a year. I mean all my other videos were fun, and all about having the time of my life with my friends, and now this one is about me leaving it all behind to move to California."
"Look", Amanda gets off your bed and walks towards you."You have a reason too, and you told them the reason and they'll understand that."
You give her a fake smile.
"You did explain to them what happened and why you had to move, right?
"Look Amanda, I'm just not ready to talk about it yet. What happened, happened."
"Then what did you tell them?"
"I said,'look I'm a 23 year old youtuber that lives in Texas, I'm young, and where does every young tuber live? CALIFORNIA!', and then I just made up reasons for why and how I loved this place and everyone who was with me, but I just needed a new chapter in my life."
"So you lied?"
"Not reallyyyy"
"(Enter your name here) come on you know you did. If your fans find out they'll lose their shit."
"Look Amanda, I'll make a video when I'm all settled in, explaining it all, ok?"
"Ugh okay... just don't forget about me when you leave."
"Don't worry, I won't."
You continue to edit your video.
"Hey Amanda, do you think the California life style will be better than Texas's?"
  Amanda looks at you and laughs. You roll your eyes and continue to edit your video. This goes on for about 10 more minutes, then you take a deep breath, and stare at your screen. You type in the name of the video,"A new chapter in my life" and then you press the upload button. You take another deep breath and walk over to Amanda.
  "Let's go do something," you tell her," I only have like a week left here and I wanna make last moment memories with my best friend as much as I can"
Amanda and you both get off the bed and walk towards your door, but little did you know this was a day you wouldn't forget.
