Had you on my mind
And it's not the first time we've gone through this"

Zach's POV

Tonight is the night. The night we have her ceremony on stage. Everyone that entered inside has a little plastic candle that they'll turn on when the slideshow starts. All thanks to Corbyn's idea, saying she loved lights and stars.

I stood by the stage after we sang our latest song. This next one was when we'd do the ceremony. I was nervous because I didn't want to start crying. But remembering Milan from all the good times was going to bring me down for sure.

"Now. We have a special event happening on stage in a minute. Will Why Don't We please come out and say some words?" Eben called out.

We all ran out and the crowd went wild. We stood side by side as I took deep breathes to calm myself.

I raised the microphone, "If some forgot, today is a big day."

"As most know, our close friend, Milan, passed away awhile back." Jonah said.

"Today happens to be the two year mark." Daniel smiled.

Jack took a deep breath, "So, we've decided to do something special in celebration of her life."

"We will now start a slideshow of our best moments shared with Milan Kay Hill as a celebration. You may turn on the candles." Corbyn nodded.

All at once, lights flooded the crowd like little stars. Milan would've loved this. I thought to myself.

The song started playing, along with with the beautiful slideshow. This night was being broadcasted live, so we knew Jace and Kian would see this.

It started with the first picture we took with her. It was the day we met her. We all looked so happy.

In the middle, there was a picture we knew all too well. The picture she died holding. It was obviously clear and her smile was bright. That was the old Milan.

Throughout the celebration, there were many 'aww's coming from the croud. A lot of people were crying too. She had a lot of supporters.

Almost everyone was in tears by the end. The whole band was, and most of the crowd. It was a sold out arena and we were playing big time.

I cried into Jack's shoulder as we walked off stage saying quick a 'thanks for coming' to the crowd.

Once we were off, we were greeted with the Hill family. Sky ran up to Corbyn and hugged him tightly. We all gave each other big hugs and talked for awhile after calming down.

It was a great night. Afterwards, we just walked the streets. We stopped at a brick wall with fairy lights on it. The boys were taking funny photos of each other as I looked around.

Someone bumped into me and was about to fall, until I caught them. I helped them stand and I saw it was a beautiful girl, about my age.

She smiled brightly at me, making me smile just as bright in return. She was gorgeous, but not as gorgeous as Mikey.

"Hey. Sorry about that." She apoligized.

I laughed, "It's okay, I wasn't paying attention."

She smiled, "Your Zach from Why Don't We, right?"

"Yeah, I am. You're a fan?"

"I mean, I know of you guys. My sister is a big fan and cried that she couldn't see you guys tonight." She laughed.

"Well, we'll have to surprise her sometime." I said.

She nodded, "Yeah. How long are you here for?"

I thought for a second, "I think 2 weeks. You live here?"

She nodded again, "Yep. Born and raised. Maybe we could hangout before you leave?"

"Really?"

"Yeah. I was thinking coffee?" She smiled.

I thought for a moment and saw the shocked looks of the boys out of the corner of my eye. This was a great way to move on, and the boys knew it. I wasn't forgetting Milan, just moving on. I smiled at the girl in front of me.

"I'd love to."
