I wrote this poem about a crush of a friend of mine, she asked me to, she was so obsessed :')

Never thought I would have an obsession

With something that seems like perfection

Actually it's someone

Someone I like a ton

At first I never realized

The way he gave me butterflies

I don't know where to start

About the way he stole my heart

Something about them dark brown eyes

The way they shine like the stars in the skies

The way they stare at me

As if I'm some kind of fantasy

Don't get me started on his light brown hair

The way it makes me uncontrollably stare

Sometimes I think it just ain't fair

The way you act like you don't even care

When you mess up your hair

While sitting on that chair

Don't get me started on the lisp in his red lips

That I really wish to kiss

It'll be some kind of bliss

That I wouldn't wanna miss

And sometimes I notice the little things

Like the cuteness of your ears

Which I hope hears

Everything you want but your fears

And there's something I like about your complexion

That also seems like perfection

You're just so tan

And I think I'm becoming a fan

Of the thought of you and you

And I hope you fall for me too

Like I fell for everything related to you

Like your deep voice

That ain't just like the other boys

And you also own that special poise

I can also say

There's something hot about the way you play your game

There's so much more to you than your looks

So much more than what's outside the books

Do you know you brighten my day?

With the words you say

That you'll stay

Stay with me

So I can guarantee that my heart will set free

You brighten everything up with your humor

Baby I think you can fix and cure any tumor

Although it's not the best

I adore the way you cheat on your test

Also adoring the way you speak

It just makes me so weak

Also with that tilted accent

I think I'm right about where I went

And you're just confident

I don't think there will be any descent

And I can't help but like the way they tease us

To me it's all just a plus

You're just what I need

There's no need to plead

For you to be a gentleman

Because you're the most gentle of all the men

I know you've got your imperfections

Like when you bite your nails

And have your fails

But in the end

You're just imperfectly perfect
