After what happened yesterday with Kyle finding Harry and I kissing on our doorstep, I have been trying to avoid Kyle as much as possible, I wasn’t reading to face him just yet.

Mondays were the worst, I mean the weekend is nothing, it flies by so fast, and spending time with Harry made it go by even faster. I haven’t seen him yet today, I hope I will soon, ‘cause the classes today were so boring and I couldn’t focus on anything any of the teachers were saying. Lunch was only 15 minutes away and I couldn’t wait! Ms Winters made Math even more complicated and boring than it actually was.

Finally the bell rang and literally ran out the door and made my way to the cafeteria. My best friend Tara greeted me; I hadn’t seen her during the weekend because I was hanging out with Harry; and she texted me last night to see how it all went, I didn’t reply until this morning because I was already asleep.

‘Hey girl!’ she greeted me with a smile, ‘tell me everything, I want to know all the details!’

‘Ok, Ok, chill a little bit, I tell you anything you want to know, let’s just sit down and get something to eat ‘cause I’m starving’ I said with a laugh. We got a table and some food, and that was when I saw Harry with some of is friend entering the cafeteria, I waved at him, signalling for him to come sit with us, his whole group approached ours and he sat down next to me, while his friends made themselves comfortable at our table as well.

‘Hey beautiful, haven’t seen you all day, you ok?’ he said, placing a kiss on my cheek.

‘Classes were so long and boring today, I just couldn’t wait till lunch, how are you?’ I asked back, summarising briefly the suckish day I had.

‘I’m great but starving, I need food, be right back’ he said while getting up to buy some lunch. I smile at his cuteness, and thought how one boy had made such a huge impact on my life in such a small period of time, I knew that Harry was something special and with that I was determined to make US work.

Harry came back with a sandwich in his hand, already half eaten.

‘That’s better, now that I have food in my system, I can concentrate much better’ he sighed taking his seat next to me.

I saw Tara laughing with a friend of Harry’s, I knew the look on her face, and she liked him. Whenever Tara met a guy she liked, a grin would magically appear on her face and nothing, and I mean nothing could wipe it off.

‘Who’s that?’ I asked Harry, pointing towards Tara and Harry’s friend.

‘Oh, that. That’s Isaac, he’s is my English class, why are you asking?’ Harry seemed suspicious, by the look on his face I knew he got the wrong idea.

‘Tara seems interested in him, she can’t stop smiling and she has that look on her face, the ‘I like you, want to hang out some time’ look’ I said, clearing things up for Harry.

‘Isaac is a great guy and I don’t know Tara that much, but I think they look good together’

‘I think so, I just hope she doesn’t chicken out and at least gets his number, she tends to get kind of shy, even though when no one’s around, she could talk for hours’ I said, hoping that things would work out for her, she’s not the luckiest person when it comes to relationships.
