"Jae! It's been a long time I missed you!" Queen hug her so tight missing her so much.
"Your still working in here?" Jae ask while wondering around the restaurant. "Yes , I'm getting used to it."she replied. "Can I work here as a chef?"Jae asked her with an excitement on her face. "Oh I'm very sorry we already have a lot of employees. I tried to ask my boss lately if they can hire another employees because my other friend was looking for a job too but he said , he doesn't have any slot." Queen explain.
Jae didn't loose hope and call Aaron right away. "What? You got fired on your job at the mansion? Jae , there's a lot of house servants who wanted to work in there." Aaron knows about her getting a job at the mansion. "Do you wanna help me or you'll keep scolding me? Come on Aaron , I don't want Mrs. Carmen's help. She already helped me. She pay my rent and it cost a lot. I don't wanna be a bothered same to you and Queen. So if you don't know any job offerings it's okay." She replied. Of all she say , Aaron is still worried. It isn't easy to find a job specially if you didn't graduate on highschool and college. Jae only finished elementary and she stopped. Old woman cannot support her anymore.
After that Jae decided to walk at the beach spending a little money she got , working at the mansion. Going to the beach can help her relax and not think about the problems. "Hmm.. should I build a nipa hut here in the beach? Ha ha!" She laughed not worrying about anything. "Hey sun! Before you go down remember this, I will not give up in life! I will be the positive woman ever! I will not be afraid!!" She shouted with a smile on her face. No one is around the beach she feel more confident on finding a home and a job after she said that.
*Kringgggg!!
"Hello?" Unfortunately , Mrs. Carmen calls her.
"It's me Carmen. How're you?" Carmen said.
"I'm very very fine Mrs. Carmen you don't have to worry about me leaving the mansion." Jae replied.
"So you really leave. Ok , I'll go straight to the point. I know you want to earn money by your own. I know your working hard on it and if you don't need any money from me , its okay. I will not bother you but do not forget that where still friends Jae." Carmen ends the call after.
Jae decided to visit the the cemetery to see the tomb of her old woman. She was in there offering a flowers closer to the picture of her old woman. She down her knees and cry because she still feels thankful that she's still alive. The place is getting dark , she's the only one in there crying. After a minutes she started hearing a giggles from her back. She look back and saw nothing but a bunch of tombs. "I think I should go now, it's already dark. Goodbye to you old woman." She said and she started walking.
"Psst!"
A creepy voice all of a sudden. She look back again but she saw nothing. She started walking a bit faster now then she starts on running. She look back again and she finally saw a guy following him. It's so dark she can't see so she stumbled on to the rocks that cause her an external bleeding on to her feet. "Aaaaaah!" She started screaming when she noticed that the guy was coming closer to her.
"Jae! Are you okay?!" Good thing it was Kyle. "H-how ...why.. b-but !" She's shaking from fear. "I'm sorry I startled you." Kyle said brushing her hair with his hand. He touched her cheeks and ask , "are you okay?". Jae suddenly saw the other side of Kyle's attitude. Being so worried and caring. "I'm okay.." she said silently. Kyle helps her stand up but she can't walk that much. Kyle didn't noticed the wound because it's dark and she keeps enduring it.
"Put your right arm on my shoulder I'll help you walk." He said. While they're walking Jae noticed something. "Why are you giggling lately?" She asked. "Giggling?" Kyle felt weird about that. "You know I'm not that type of guy." He said. "Then who-aaaaaaaaaaaah!" A man suddenly pull Jae from the dark reason why Kyle suddenly slipped. "Jae!!"he shouted while standing up and pulling the man's shirt. "Get away from her!" He said. The man lost his contact on Jae and Kyle keeps punching the man's stomach. The man felt dizzy and falls to the ground. Kyle call the police immidiately.
"Jae! Jae where are you?" He turned on the flashlight on his phone while looking for her.
She saw her wounded feet. She fainted laying on the grass. Kyle carries her and leaves the cemetery. They went back to the mansion. All the maids saw their boss carrying a woman. "Is that Jae Wilton?!" Aya said with her mouth wide open.
"Do they have a relationship?"
"A secret relationship?!"
"NO , Maybe the boss hurts her."
"Stupid! If that happens he would not gonna carry her like that!"
"Maybe he just saw her by accident."
"Do you guys know any background stories about Jae Wilton's life?"
"Guys! Quite that noise or else all of you will get fired!" One of the guard stops them from being so nosy.
Jae is still not waking up on Kyle's bedroom. Kyle was so worried. He clean her wounds and put some betadine , cotton , gauze dressing and covers the wound.
*kringggg!
"Hello Sir Kyle , we found out that the man who molested her has escaped on the mental hospital." The police explained.
"Make sure that person will stuck in the mental hospital forever!" He said furiously and ends the call. He look at Jae sleeping so calm and it makes him comfortable. "Even when your sleeping you still smile." He keep looking at her as if there's something special going on.
"Please don't let me fall from her." And he smiles secretly sweet on her.
