The Future (BTS X Reader)

1~ Arrival

Hello~~ this is my first ever story BTS X Reader, so I really hope you guys enjoy.

It's my 2nd month in the future and I can still remember exactly happened when I first arrived here in the future just like it was yesterday....

(Flashback 2 months ago)

I was quite scared, I heard some things from the people in the village saying that it was a cruel and gloomy place no one was happy they always had frowns and the crime rate there was huge, but soon as I got out of the time travel pod, I looked around in utter amazement and instantly all those bad things the village people had said about the city disappeared, is was amazing how the rainbow sunset reflecting off the top of the massive buildings, it all looked so futuristic completely different from my time period.

I was too distracted by what was around me to realise some tall man in a black and yellow suit was behind me calling out my name, the man looked like he was trying so hard to get my attention but I was too amazed to move or even notice him, suddenly I felt a cold hand on my shoulder it sent shivers down my spine I turned around as fast I could to see who the owner of the hand was, the man busted out in laughter at my reaction and I realised who the owner of the hand and the annoying laugh that sounded like a window cleaner... it was Jin my work partner who came to the future with me for our mission, the mission that would save the world as we know.

"Y/N, I have been calling your name for about 6 minutes now and you didn't even respond, why?" Jin said in a questioning voice

"sorry I was just too... well amazed I didn't know that the future was going to be so amazing" I replied

"yes, it is quite astonishing, but we have to get back to why we are here remember we don't have that much time, and your drawing quite a lot of attention to yourself... you look like a horse that has just seen a ghost" Jin said smirking

I scoffed at what he said and started walking toward the hotel that we would be staying in, our boss said we would be staying in the tallest building in the city on the 5th floor.

Jin and I finally found the hotel and collected our keys the keys had something written on them it said room 4680 which I think was our room number, Jin and I got into the elevator and started to head up to our floor. When we got out of the elevator I ran out not noticing someone was right in front of me I ran into the tall figure I looked up in shock to see a black-haired man with dark black eyes that shone like jewels, it was as if I was drowning in his eyes, I hadn't even realised I was blushing till I snapped out of my gaze when Jin coughed obviously uncomfortable. I quickly backed away from the man and bowed at a 50-degree angle and said sorry.

"I am so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going," I said in a panicked voice.

"Oh, its fine I should have seen you coming and moved out of the way" he quickly replied with a slightly red face.

I looked behind me to see Jin covering his face to try and not laugh but it wasn't really working it just made him look like a complete weirdo, I turned back around to see the tall man still standing in front of me it was very awkward but that is when I lifted my hand in attempt to make it less awkward.

"My name is Y/N, but you can call me N/N," I said while smiling

"my name is Jungkook nice to meet you," he said as he shook my hand

"that over there is Jin his my-" but as soon as I could finish it off Jin butted in

"I'm her boyfriend nice to meet you!"

I looked at Jin in complete shock I could not believe what he just blurted out I felt my face begin to heat up, it felt like someone just set my face on fire what an idiot an absolute idiot.

The man who stood in front of me was standing there as if he had just seen I ghost, he was so pale that he probably could have been the ghost, I looked up at him in complete confusion and then at Jin who was smirking I looked back at Jungkook and began to speak.

"are you busy because I am about to go cook me and Jin some dinner, but I always make extra and have to throw it out"

The man looked down at me with a warm smile and replied.

"I would love to come over.... But that is if your boyfriend over there would allow me too" Jungkook bent down and whispered in my ear "because I think he doesn't like me he keeps glaring at me" Jungkook moved back up to a standing position.

I turned around to face Jin and smiled "Jin can Jungkook come eat dinner with us? Pleaaaaaaseeee" I said in the most innocently sweet voice I could ever do.

Jin looked over at me and slightly smiled back "sure but I will be keeping my eye on you Jungkook" Jin said basically death glaring the hell out of Jungkook.

I quickly turned around and grabbed Jungkook's arm without realising and started walking off pulling him with me.

"Ummm Y/N," Jin said, I stopped and realised I was holding Jungkook's hand.... WAIT I WAS HOLDING JUNGKOOKS HAND!!! "U-Um I'm s-sorry" I let go of his hand and started to talk again "is it possible to come over now so that we can get to know you while I start making dinner?" I said looking up at Jungkook.

Jungkook was about to respond but the sound of a loud explosion coming from room 4680.... My room.

Hello, Lovely readers, I hope you enjoyed this story, it's not that good but I tried. I will upload once a week because of school but I promise I will make the future chapters better than this one.

Also, I wrote this chapter about a year ago and found it randomly and decided to continue it 😊.
