Government Policy upsets Colony 3

For the past few weeks in Colony 3, officials had to hold back protesters from entering the Gold House and attacking World Leader O'Connor after a new policy has been added. This new policy requires that youth at the ages 12 through 18 are to be transferred to Colony 12 to began unknown tests that will grant them jobs and homes for life. Many have objected to letting their children go to Colony 12 because of the Darwin case of 2076. Under the Darwin case, families have the option to refuse officials of transferring minors to Colony 12 after the loss of 50,000 youth to a devastating attack near the gates.

Officials have yet to confirm how many families have gathered at O'Connor's office, demanding the policy should be terminated at once. "We don't want to send our children there. We want them to live," quoted by Kerala Phillips, mother of two girls.
