Chapter One:

"Hey!" I greeted my boyfriend over the phone.

"Hey sweetie. So I was thinking that maybe you could come over tonight and we can hang out. What do you think?" Brian asked.

"Sure. Let me ask my mom." I covered up the mouth piece on the phone and yelled for my mom.

"Mom, can I go over to Brian's tonight? I'm just going to hang out then i will come back home."

"That will be OK but be home by 10:30." Mom said giving permission. I thanked her and went back on the phone with Brian.

"My mom said I can go but I have to be back by 10:30. What time do you want me over their?"

"Well, now would be great," We both laughed at his joke, "But you can come over at 5:00."

"OK well see you then, bye." We said our goodbyes and then hung up. I was so excited to hang out with my boyfriend. my eyes glanced over to my clock and noticed that it was 4:30 already. I started to get ready by touching up the skin color eye shadow and black eye liner with black mascara I wore around my wide shaped eyes. I put a little blush on my high cheek bones and a little on my slender nose. The lip gloss I put on my full lips were a nice touch to this look. My hair was a little flat with the curls so I added some product to it and scrunched the curls through. By the time I was finished Ive killed about 10 minutes.

My clothes were too fancy for this occasion so i rushed over to my closet and picked out a solid purple long sleeve shirt and a pair of comfortable jeans. I glanced over to the clock again and killed about four minutes. I already knew that it takes about 10minutes to get their. So I better leave now.

The sky looked dark and sad like it was about to cry, or rain. The tires on the wet road would make driving more difficult. But I had myself prepared. I walked out to my car and got in, started the engine, and took off down the road. The way to Brian's house was crossing a highway then soon entering the small town of Phadelia. Cute town though, not much to do, theirs a dinner and a couple of shops but other than that, a very, very small town.

I reached the highway and checked for cars that were coming both ways. No one was coming and I don't blame them, I wouldn't want something to happen in the middle of a down pour. My foot lightly pushed on the gas and i went passed the left on coming traffic way and met in the middle. I was too focused on the road in front of me as I continued to the other side. Out of no where comes a car driving right at me beeping its horn at me. My foot reacted by slamming full throttle on the gas, pushing it all the way. When I reached the other side my foot eased off of the gas and onto the brakes to slow down. Beads of sweat started to form on my forehead and my heart was going so fast I couldn't even blink.I was so scarred, what if I didn't make it? What if I got hit? What would mom think? What would Brian Th-? My thoughts were too deep and this time I wasn't paying attention to anything around me. This time I got hit. This time I wasn't so lucky.

The town of Phadelia was too small plus it was really raining now. No one would be outside at a time like this. No one would have seen this. I slightly opened my eyes and I noticed that i was laying under an awning where as before I was laying in my car. Their were people gathered around me. All over my body I felt nothing but discomfort like I was, I was, hurt. I lifted my head a little to notice my leg was broken and bleeding along with the rest of me.

"Stella," I heard one girl say, "Are you going to make her be OK?"

"Will she make it?" Another one asked. The Stella person was touching my neck checking for pulse. She was the only one leaning over me. I was confused. Were these doctors? No they looked too young to be doctors. Who were these people? I listened to what they were talking about, my life, live or die.

"I do not know. I mean, she lost a lot of blood, she could probably die at any, minute." I cringed when Stella was trying to chock out the horrible news."We have no choice but to do it, to ch-"

"No we can't! No shes too young and besides we only have the one surge of energy left." The girl with the white blond hair with a worried look on her face said.

"Mia, I know but I can feel, I can feel her pain, her worry, and her confusion. I can't let her go. We have no choice. and maybe its fate, fate brought her to us because she is, the one." Stella protested. Mia and the other girl looked at each other then at Stella then at me. I started to feel my heart race again, pounding to try to get out of my rib cage. Screaming from the inside, I laid their unable to do anything while they put their hands on me.I felt electricity surging through my body. A bright green light appeared from their hands. The pain eased and my heart calmed, My eyes gradually closed and I almost fell asleep. I didn't allow myself to because I heard them talking. My eyes opened a little just so I could see who was talking. They all stared at me.

"I really do hope she is the one. otherwise we would fail the queen." Mia said concerned.

"Me too. I hope she will be strong enough." Stella added while standing up a way from me.

"I hope she reacts well when she finds out she is a fairy." The third one said lastly. My eyelids grew too heavy to keep open so I let them shut. My mind wondered off to a very dark, sleepy place. Fairy?
