Diamond POV

Now Im done doing my hygiene things, I put on my comfortable gym shorts and a tank top and my favorite slippers to go downstairs and find something to eat , In the process of walking down the spiral stairs I smell food so im getting EXTRA excited cause I LOVE FOOD ! . When I got downstairs my mom and dad and boy bestfriend was sitting at the table with a cake that says "Happy Birthday Lifetime" with a plate of Pancakes , and sausage beside it , Im beyond excited with just this yall dont know how much I love my bestfriend man, they were still talking and didnt know I came down so Im going to make my presence known ...

" Hay guys ... " I said as everybody turned around with a smile on there faces .

" Hayy buggie , Happy Birthday " My mom said sliding me the plate of breakfeast as I sat down ( Bug my nickname )

" Happy Birthdayyyy too youuuuuu " My dad said trying to sing as We all shared laughs

" thanks yall , yall play way to much " I said as I was pouring syrup on my food .

Before I took a bite of my food thats when my bestfriend finally spoke .

"Happy Birthday Bestfriend" Rashaud said as he was placing the cake and a birthday bag on the table .

" Thanksss ... " I said while smiling and standing up to hug him .

" You welcome " he said while hugging me back .

" You really extra for buying a whole cake " I said as sitting back down

" Well you know Imma go all out for my bestfriend , TUH know what Im saying  " He said while popping his imaginary collar

All I could do was laugh at him .. After I finished eating it was around the time for me to start getting dressed so I could go and get my hair, nails ,and makeup done . So me and Rashaud made our way up stairs to my room so I could get dress and we could talk more ..

" So where's Asia.? I know she aint let you come by yourself " I said while finding something to slip on .

" She went to get her nails done , but she told me to ask you if she could come . " Rashaud said as he was scrolling on his phone .

" Yea she  can come as long as she dont say shit to me then we good . " I said while putting on my pants.

" Alright gotcha friend ." He said while locking his phone and stared at me

"Diamond you wanna know some ? " He said

" Yea " I said while putting on my shoes

" You look hella beautiful and you dont even have yo birthday outfit on yet " Rashaud said while walking over to me putting his arms around my waist

" well thank you bestfriend but you cant have nun of this nomo cause you gotta whole girl ..  I said while pushing him back on the bed

I know yall wondering about what I just said but we gone get into all that tea a lil later.

Rashaud POV

Im Rashaud as yall heard Im 17 and Im Diamonds boy bestfriend. My girl name Asia and we been dating for a year now . Shit been cool and stuff but she been tryna keep me away from Diamond cause she jealous .. Now that Diamond said Asia can come to her birthday dinner Im going to the mall and find Diamond another gift and find me something to wear for this perfect night .

" Diamond ! " I said while yelling upstairs

" Yea " She yelled back

" Come here " I said while leaning against the wall

" Alright " She said while making her way down the stairs

" How may I asist you Mr.Rashaud ? " She said while grabbing the keys to her mom car

" Im about to go to the mall , call me when you on your way back here " I said while heading towards the door

" alright love you bestfriend " She said as we both parted ways out the door

" Love you to " I said while getting in my Range

As I was pulling up in the mall my phone start ringing , I picked my phone up and saw that Asia was calling . I sighed and press the green button to answer .

"Hello" I said into the phone

" Bae where you at ? " she said

" Pulling up at the mall Asia "

" Why you at the mall ? "

" Why does it matter "

" Rashaud dont play with me "

" Man Asia aint nobody playing , wat you need man " I said as I was getting out the car

" I just missed you , I cant just call you to talk to you ? "

" Heard Juu , but lemme hit you back "

" uhn uhn , you not finna just dismiss me like that "

" Asia.... " I said in a more demanding tone

" Alright Alright , I love you "

" Heard Juu " I said as I hit the end button .

I know yall probably like why was i talking to her like that , if she my girlfriend . Well thats because she been getting on my damn nerves these last past months . I also found out she was cheating , and I know yall like well why I didnt break up with her then . But I dont know why I didnt , but then things started to get better and then I gave her a promise ring and she cheated again . So at this point im over her and this damn relationship .
