Kody's POV, the next day

"Kody, wake up! Lumine's gone!!"

Kody opens his eyes to see his dad, Aiden, shaking his tired body in his bed. Kody processed the information given to him, then realization hit him. He sat up quickly, nearly knocking Aiden down as Kody jumped out bed.

Kody looked at Aiden. "What do you mean Lumine's gone?!"

Kody ran out of his room and bursted into Lumine's room, hoping that his dad was just joking with him. He scanned the room, trying to find Lumine maybe hiding from him. After minutes of looking, Kody plopped down on Lumine's messy bed.

"No... It can't be," Kody muttered. "He wouldn't leave like this for no reason."

One of Lumine's hoodies laid next to Kody on the bed. Kody picked it up and hugged it tightly, Lumine's scent lingering within the hoodie. Kody heard the sound of crumpling paper when he hugged the hoodie. He laid the hoodie on his lap and dug into the pockets. Kody's hands found two pieces of paper, one more in bad condition than the other.

Kody opened up one of the balls of paper. His eyes widen in shock and terror.

Lumine's POV

Lumine slammed into the side of the van as his kidnappers tossed him in. They tied his hands and feet, making sure Lumine can't break free. They closed the van doors. There was no way out now.

"Start driving Noel," one of his enemies said. The second one, known as Noel, went up to the front seat and began to drive.

Lumine growled. "Why the hell are back here, Quinn, and where are you taking me?! I thought you were busy living the new witch life with your girlfriend."

The enemy looked over at him and smiled.

"Aww Lumine, I thought you missed me and Noel. It's been 4 years since the last time I saw you! Didn't you miss all the fun we had? Working with your father really helped me with my hard life. I thought you would be thrilled to see me again. Tsk, tsk, I guess you didn't forget about what happened before. Anyways, we're taking you back to Terranevo to see your father."

Lumine's eyes widen.

"M-my father? But they told me he died 3 years ago! He died at the meeting with the witch traders!!"

Quinn laughed then glared down at him.

"Silly wolf, he didn't die. The explosion was a cover up so people thought your dad was dead! He's been living within the mountains of Terranevo ever since."

"Then why," Lumine whispers. "does he want to see me now after 3 years of silence."

Quinn smiled devilishly, his eyes glowing bright green.

"Well he just wanted to see his dear son of course!," Quinn said very happily. "He wants to talk with his only living son obviously. About your mission."

A heavy feeling weighed down on Lumine's shoulders.

"Good, that oughta shut you up till we get there," Quinn spat. Quinn walked up the van and sat down on the seat next to Noel.

He's going to kill me for forgetting the mission....at least that's what he thinks...

Sorry this was a short chapter. I'm planning on a new story about LGBT middle schoolers!! I was really inspired by one of my fanfictions(that aren't on Wattpad) and my real life otp. I plan to publish it soon and start on the first couple of chapters to get it out there. That means I won't be able to write a new chapter here. So, 'I Don't Know//Komine' will be on break until July 13!! I'm sorry in advance but I hope you guys understand! Bye!!
