Their Not So Love Story

Chapter Five

She headed back to her apartment and change to her hospital uniform. She still is the head and she is needed there anyway.

She spent another tiring yet happy day at the hospital.

"Sakura-sama?" a nurse knock at her office door.

"come in!" she answered still focused on her paper works. Man its really piled up after weeks of being absent she thought.

"Sakura-sama your shift is finished, you may now go home and take a rest." the nurse reminded her.

"ah thank you" she replied looking at the clock.

"I'll just be finishing half of these." she smiled and gesture the nurse that she may go now.

After finishing her work she walk out of the hospital. While walking she stares at the sky, it is very dark and cloud seems to hide the moon.

"Sasuke-kun" she unconsciously uttered.

And then she remember what happened a few days ago, so she head back and went to Hokage's tower to report.

"Naruto" she knocks and entered the room.

"Ra-rameeen~~~" Naruto said while drooling.

It seems that being a Hokage is really difficult to Naruto, even in this hour he is still working the pink haired thought. But it's still his job and he's slacking. She added.

Sakura slam her fist on the table where Naruto's head is laying and immediately the blonde head plop. "Wha-What?! I am not sleeping!!" he shouted, shock written on his face.

"You are sleeping, cha!" Sakura said then face palmed.

"eh?! Sakura-chan what are you doing here?!" he said surprised it seems like he just had awoken-fully.

"Anyways, I came here to report" she said.

"Aren't you done reporting earlier with Yui?" he asked confused.

"I am telling you this now since Yui is not here anymore" she said looking serious.

"what is it Sakura-chan? Did that Yui boy done something to you?!" he said angrily. "I am definitely going to kill that basta--" he was cut off.

"Hear me out first okay before you react, cha!" Sakura shouted.

Naruto seems frightened and looks at her scared.

"Firstly, Yui didn't done something to me and second...." she paused taking a deep breath and look serious "...it is about Sasuke-kun" she continues.

"what about him?" Naruto asked full of curiosity.

"we met him...on our way here" she said.

"what might he's planning?" Naruto asks.

"Neither I know" Sakura replied.

"I'll send an Anbu to look for him" he said. "As for now you may rest, I'll inform you for any updates."

"okay" she said and head out.

She went to her apartment, took a shower and take a rest.

"Sasuke-kun, what are you planning?"

She stares at the moon outside her window and then drift off.

Today is her day off but still she went to the hospital finishing her paper works. It took her half day.

After working at the hospital she decided to go to her best friend's shop. The wind chime bells as she open the windows. She is welcomed by the fresh scents of the flowers in the shop. She spotted a platinum blonde woman arranging flowers.

"Ino-pig!" she greeted cheerfully.

"Forehead!!" Ino run towards her and hug her tightly.

*coughs*

"ah, hehe, sorry" then Ino pulled away.

"you really missed me that much huh?" she teased.

"whatever" Ino rolled her eyes. "anyways let's go to the newly open cafe not far away from here, we need to talk." She demanded and gave her a meaningful look which Sakura didn't get.

"ooookaaay?" then the next thing she knew is that Ino drag her out of the shop yelling.. "mom I'll be out with Sakura!!" then they left.

"wow this really is a great place" Sakura commented.

"I know right, and besides they have good drinks here" Ino said and they both ordered.

"sooo" Ino starts then sips to her chocolate drink "who is this guy huh?"

"what?" Sakura ask confused.

"duh, the guy that accompany you in the mission." Ino states as the matter of fact.

"oh Yui!" Sakura remember. "what about him?" she asked again.

"haist" Ino sighed, her best friend is really slow when it comes to this things.

"....."

"arggh, are you both dating?" Ino finally gave up.

"what?! No" Sakura defened

"what about the present?"

"Its just showing how grateful he is for me saving his life" Sakura said.

"Really? And what about the hug?" Ino lean in closer.

"ho-how do you know that?" Sakura said blushing.

"Your talking about me, the queen of gossips" She said proudly.

"It was just a friendly hug though he confesses that he likes me.." Sakura answered looking down embarrass.

"Tell me every detail on what happen to your mission."

Haaaay, I can't really escape her right? Then Sakura told her everything, well except with the Sasuke incident.

"Aww it is such a waste" Ino said regretful after learning that Sakura dump the man.

"I don't want him to have hopes in me, you know.... I still love HIM"

Ino sighed. "well, there's nothing I can do for you. It is your choice, I'll just support you" she said tapping Sakura's shoulder.

"Thanks"

Then they both talk and laugh about random things. They missed hanging out with each other.

"Are you sure about this?"

Then the group jump off to tree and went straight to the Konoha.
