Plot: Halloween party

It was the evening of the 31st of October. Children usually went to trick or treat during that day where as teenagers and those who were still in their twenties usually were getting dressed up for Halloween as well but not for some sweet treats but but instead for a party that was always happening at someone's  house.

"Common tae hurry up or we will miss all the fun" jimin whined as he looked at his friend who was sitting on the chair in front of the mirror with his sisters make up in front of him.

"Jimin~ah I am nearly done" the male answered putting the red lipstick on before finally looking over at his friend with a grin. "How do I look?" He asked being exited as he really liked his costume of a joker and he definitely worked hard to make it look good.

"You look handsome and cute at the same time." Jimin said with a smile before looking at the clock on the wall. "Now let's go or I will kill you myself and I am sure the rest of the guys won't mind" jimin said standing up from his brothers bed as he stretched out.

"Why so serious" taehyung said trying to imitate jokers voice before bursting out laughing.
"Okay let's go. I am still surprised that you decided to go as an elf even tho it actually suits you" taehyung added as the both guys left taehyungs room going towards the front door of the house.

"I hope you and namjoonie will finally talk because it hurts my eyes to see how you guys lovingly look at each other but actually never talk" jimin said as he sighed whiles walking with taehyung down the street where their friends party was taking place.

"Yah it's not my fault that I am too nervous to talk to him. When I see him in the hall way I want to go towards him and start the conversation but I feel too awkward and just walk away" taehyung said with a sigh as jimin just nodded.

"Well its your chance to talk to him today as he will be there" jimin said as  they both finally reached the house that had loud music blasting out with drunk people already being everywhere you look.

"Well good luck and..." Before jimin could finish his sentence his crush yoongi walked towards them giving the both of the males a small smile. "Glad you made it. Even tho I would rather stay in the house I think this party is still pretty good" yoongi said in his usual  calm deep voice making jimin blush and smile back like an idot. Passing the two males a drink each yoongi stayed closer to jimin as it was clear that he was interested in the other.

"Hyung I thought you will be more original with your costume. But choosing a ghost you haven't surprised anyone" taehyung said with a chuckle as jimin glared at him hitting his arm.

"Gotta go have fun" taehyung quickly added before going away leaving the couple alone, he knew what it was like to have a crush so he knew exactly when it was time to leave and let the love birds be alone. As he was walking around the party with his already half empty drink he saw namjoon standing on the other side of the room with a can of beer in his hand. As he was about to walk up to him and finally start a conversation he saw jin come up right in front of namjoon as they both began talking and laughing  not caring about how loud the music was.

Taehyung stood still for a few more seconds as he felt slight pain in his chest. 'Of course he likes jin hyung' he thought to himself before finishing the drink off and then going towards the table to take another one, if he wasn't going to talk to Namjoon he might as well get drunk and not regret the decision of coming to the party in first place.

After an half an hour had passed taehyung was already drunk and happily dancing on the table just to forget about what he saw, getting wasted definitely sounded like a fun idea. He laughed whiles dancing not caring about others looking at him knowing that he wasn't the only one who was drunk in the room which meant that there was a high chance of people forgetting about it once they will wake up tomorrow morning. For a split second he saw namjoon looking at him with worry but quickly shrugged it off thinking it was his imagination and that the other wasn't even looking in his direction let alone had that worried look on his face.

"Taehyung~ah let's dance together" hoseok shouted from across the room, but loud enough for the male to hear him. Nodding his head in agreement taehyung made his way towards hoseok meeting half away across the dance floor, wrapping hands around one another they began moving around , swaying their hips as they didm hoseok was one of taehyungs best friends and nothing more, but even so it was fun to dance with him to the point where their bodies were running against eachother. Their relationship was definitely platonic and would never cross that line so they were definitely comfortable with one another to dance so close. Laughing and dancing taehyung was definitely having too much fun with alcohol definitely helping him with that.

The thing that taehyung didnt know was that namjoon was watching him the entire time. He liked tae but wasnt confident enough to actually talk to him hut seeing his tae dancing so sexual with someone who is not him made him angry.

He placed his drink away soon after walking up towards the couple as he pulled taehyung away from hoseok. The other didnt mind walking away with a smirk happy that his plan worked. Hoseok always wanted Taehyung to be happy and just like jimin he hoped that Namjoon and Tae would finally end up together but with both of them taking their time hoseok wanted to finally step in and make one of them jelouse so that the other would approach. Taehyung on the other hand was confused at what just happened.

"Yah what are you doing?" Taehyung asked annoyed. Seeing Namjoon so close he couldn't help but blush, but thanks to the dim lights it wasn't that visible. Taehyung was still annoyed with Namjoon and how close he was with Jin earlier on so he didn't know what other wanted from him now.

"Tae..you had enough let's get you upstairs to sleep" namjoon suggested as he was now feeling awkward but still annoyed himself, yes he was jealous but he tried his best not to show it and instead take care of the other.

"I don't want to sleep and don't tell me what to do. Go to jin hyung and have fun with him I know you would rather do that anyways" taehyung said pushing namjoons hand away from himself and before namjoon could even answer taehyung quickly ran away because of the sudden surge to throw up, the alcohol finally took the tool on him making him feel sick.

He quickly ran up the stairs into the bathroom where he threw up most of the things that he drank this night. He didnt hear anyone outside as he was just feeling too dizzy to notice his crush sitting down besides him with a worried look on his face as he didnt know how to help.

After few minutes taehyung finally came back to reality, getting up to wash his face in the sink, namjoon was helping the male up before dragging tae into one of the rooms putting him on the bed before laying down besides soon after.

"Tahyung I...I don't know why you though that I like jin hyung but I promise you me and him are nothing more than friends" namjoon explained as  taehyung only nodded not looking into the males eyes.

"Tae please look at me" namjoon asked as the other male just stayed still looking down before namjoon finally placed his two fingers gently on taehyungs chin moving it up to make the other male look into his eyes.

"I like you Kim taehyung. I know it's not the best time to say it and not the most romantic way to confess but I like you and that won't change. I know you like me as well and I am sorry that I haven't said anything earlier" namjoon said as he soon widened his eyes in  surprise seeing taehyung with tears in the corner of his eyes.

"I like you too hyung, I really do" taehyung said with his boxy smile on his face while still having tears running down his cheeks at the same time.

At that point Namjoon definitely felt relieved and happy at the same time knowing that taehyung was also interested in him. Leaning down towards the other , he didn't waste time connecting both of their lips together into a soft kiss.

After few minutes both of them pulled away because of lack of air but none of them let go of each other having their hands around one another being too happy to move or say anything. Chuckling taehyung couldn't help but smile seeing his lipstick now smudged all over namjoons lips. The party was definitely a good decision and even though the two of them knew they would regret drinking this much, at the same time it was all worth it.
