Salute! (One Shot Story)

SALUTE!

One day there was a lovely couple named Claire and Joshua. They both loved each other.

3years and 9 months of their relationship had succeed. So Joshua decided to prupose for Claire.

"Will you mary me?" Joshua

Claire cryingly said YES!

Claire had said all what good have happened to their relationship to her bestfriend, Ben. Ben was happy for Claire.

Few weeks passed and Claire and Joshua had a dinner date to Joshua's house and they're planning for their wedding for the next 3weeks. Their's someone knocked on the door., It was the mailman.

"Good Day,Sir. A letter for you." Mailman

Thank you. Joshua

Joshua opened the letter and it says:

CONGRATULATIONS! Your now a member of the army of soldiers! and we're currently attending and fight and have a battle 3weeks after. You should attend this because you'll be picked out of the army if you'll not.

So Joshua explained all to Claire. Claire were crying that Joshua would leave her for a while. They should move their wedding on other day or year because the battle will happen on the same date.

FEW WEEKS, MONTHS, AND YEARS PASSED BY.

Claire's still waiting for Joshua. The General told them that Many have died due to the battle. But Claire's still waiting for Joshua to came up because she believe that Joshua's still alive..

Yet 4years have passed..

Her bestfriend is the one who's comforting her... and Suddenly she had already loved ben.

They had 2kids. and they loved each other.

Months passed by and someone knocked on Claire's window pane. It was Joshua. Claire was very shocked. Regreted. And hurt. when Joshua saw Claire holding a baby and Claire's other daughter said. Who is that mommy?

Joshua was hurt. He ran away. and was accidentally hitted by a car. Claire cried out loudly. She called an ambulance.. and yet... nothing changed. Joshua died. then she came up home, crying. and suddenly someone knocked up the door, a mailman. and the mailman told Claire that the letter were delivered on the day that she moved out to her house.The mailman leded a letter and a box to Claire. Claire read the letter and it says:

Hey Darling! I would be comming home soon. I found a house that is fit for us! I built it our castle with honor for my queen,you. I would comeback soon. And I'll be your happy ever after,I promise.

I love you babe♥ Take care :)

Claire shedded a tear on her eye. When she opened the box, it was a ring. and it is written there CLAIRE AND JOSHUA TO INFINITY AND BEYOND. She shedded a tear, wore the ring and she never lets anyone remove it from her finger.

That's their SALUTE love story.
