Chapter 1 ~ how it began ~

 >   "It was a happy day... It really was. We found a den unclaimed in unclaimed territory. We all were happy about our new home. I decided that I'll explore around the forest, and maybe find another wolf to talk to. So I told my parents I was going to explore, they were not so sure if it was okay or not at first but then they said okay to it " "well... Okay. But use your wings if you have to. " " they told me. So I leaped off to the forest. I was walking through the forest and I keep on hearing noises, Crackling, and snaps of sticks and leaves. But I still walked on, I wasn't about to give up the adventure of the beautiful forest just for some sounds. I would keep on walking, I heard a little giggle I turned my head but saw nothing. I sniffed the air, a scent of grass and flowers filled the air. I thought something was up but I kept on walking. I thought it might be some wolves trying to play a trick on me. As I was walking suddenly I smelled smoke, I got scared and ran back to our new den. I ran as fast as I could, I thought it was a fire I turned around but didn't see any fire behind me. > it must be farther away < I thought... I thought I was running away from the fire but... by the time I got to the den I saw flames, everywhere... All I could see was flames everywhere... I shouted out for my mom and dad but no answer came..." <
