There had been word of a dragon that lived up north in the dark forest. The rumors said that the beast had a ginormous hoard of gold, gems, and other shiny objects that the dragon had collected. Most other elves weren't stupid enough to even go close to this forest, but these two were exceptions. The two young thieves had started their journey at 6am that morning, hoping to get to the forest by noon. After almost five and a half hours, they had finally reached the forest.
They'd stopped right at the edge of the forest, deciding to take a break. They sat down, using stumps as chairs. The younger elf, Elias, hadn't been completely on board with his brother from the start. Sure, they were poor, but he didn't understand why they couldn't just stick to simple thievery. Like pickpocketing and occasionally stealing food when they weren't successful with pickpocketing. Kieran, the older elf, took a small loaf of bread and some dried venison out of his pack. Kieran ripped the loaf in two, handing the other half of the loaf to his brother, also handing him some of the venison.
After filling their bellies and resting, they were ready to start walking again. Elias slung his pack over his shoulder as Kieran stood up and started to lead the way, walking into the dark forest. The few legends that had been told about the forest hadn't been good. Marcos jumped at every small noise. His older brother chuckled at his fear.
They had finally reached the dragons home. Elias hid behind his older brother . Kieran sighed and chuckled. "Oh come ooon~ the beast can't be that big.. C'mon, let's go.." Kieran was the first to enter the cave. Marcos gulped and walked in after him. "Why did I agree to this.." He mumbled miserably.
After a couple minutes, the older elf spotted something shiny. He ran into a large roomy cave. The walls were lit by small glowing blue gems. Elias came in soon after, his jaw dropping. "Holy mother of..." Kieran laughed in an almost maniacal way. Elias chuckled nervously, crossing his arms and tilting his long ears back.
"Now, fill all of your pockets and your bag, we're going to be riiiich~!" He yelled out, laughing and starting to fill his large bag to the brim with gold and gems. Elias started to do the same, but stopped right when he started. "Sh... shall I go out to the mouth of the cave and watch for the dragon?"
"Sure sure, whatever.." Kieran grumbled and grabbed Elias' bag after his was filled, starting to fill Elias' bag.
Elias ran to the mouth of the cave and waited, hoping the beast didn't come back while they were there.~
The giant hybrid was in the middle of hunting when he caught two unfamiliar scents in his territory, dangerously close to his cave. A deep growl resonated in his throat as he shifted to his dragon form, his sky blue eyes glowing with anger. He ran home, stopping when he was almost there, he walked the rest of the way. He stopped near the entrance, spotting the first elf. Elias froze in fear, his emerald green eyes wide open.
The dragon bared his teeth snarling and shifting back to his normal form. His ears were tilted back as far as they could go, his teeth still bared. Elias unfroze and tried to run another direction other than into the cave. "K-KIERAN- Heads up!" He yelled out to his brother before diving out of the way as the dragon pounced. He'd hardly escaped the maroon haired hybrid.
The hybrid grabbed him by one of his ankles. Elias yelled out in fear, kicking and screaming. "N-no! H-h-help! P-please, p.. please..." He sobbed, losing all hope when the dragon smirked. He held the small elf in front of his face. "Any last words, kid?" The dragon sneered, licking his lips hungrily. "P-please..." He said in a pleading tone. "'Please', what..~?" He asked, mocking the young elf's plead. "D-don't eat me.."
The dragon rolled his eyes and sighed. "Should've thought about hat before you decided to try and steal from my treasures.." He growled, opening his mouth and holding the elf over it. "N-NO!" He screamed and struggled, tears streaming down his face. The hybrid only felt a little bit of pity as he dropped the elf onto his tongue. As Elias tried to lunge forward to escape his mouth, the dragon shut his mouth with a loud click as his teeth snapped shut.
Elias screamed and cried, slamming himself against the giants teeth. "N-NO! N-no, no, n-n-no... n-no..." He sobbed and slumped back against the dragons teeth. His clothes were already drenched in saliva. The dragon licked at Elias, purring and tilting his head back slightly. "N-no-!" He yelped and slid back, he kicked the dragons uvula. The dragon gagged and coughed a bit, pinning the elf between his palate and his tongue.
Elias yelped again. "I-if I'm going down, I'm sure as hell not making this easy for you!" He yelled and struggled. The giant tilted his head back, almost looking up at the sky, he let the elf slip back into his throat half way. He swallowed and purred. The young elf found himself being pulled down by the strong muscles of his esophagus. The warm, fleshy walls pushed him down the dragons throat.
After about seven seconds, feeling much longer for the poor elf, Elias slipped into the dragons stomach. Or what he thought what was the dragons stomach.~
The giant grumbled and laid back, waiting for the elf's brother to come out. He growled when he heard the drunken elf walking out of the cave and mumbling to himself. He grabbed the older elf, not even giving him the chance to scream, he slit the older elf's throat and tossing him into his mouth. He swallowed him, purring loud. Kieran's body slipped into the giants actual stomach.
Elias had fainted, slumped against the inside of the dragons storage stomach. The dragon curled up by the entrance of his cave, one his wings sprawling out while the other stayed folded against his back.~
About an hour of napping was enough for the dragons to convince himself to cough the younger elf up. He stuck two fingers into the back inside of throat, gagging and eventually coughing the kid up into his hand. Elias screamed and almost jumped off the giants hand. "Jesus- hey!" He pinned the boy to his palm with his thumb and growled. "Don't try that shit again, unless you WANT to go back in..." He growled, sniffing at the boy.
Elias whimpered and kicked his nose. The dragon snarled and bared his teeth. "Do that again... I fucking dare you.." His ears were tilted all the way back. Elias stopped moving, whimpering and closing his eyes. The hybrid finished looking the elf over for any weapons. He sighed and growled. He set Elias down and frowned. "Leave and NEVER come back.. if you do, you'll end up with the same fate as your brother.." The dragon set him down. "Go."
Elias ran away, holding back tears. As soon as he was far enough away that he thought the dragon couldn't hear him, he dropped to his knees and screamed. He slumped back against a tree and sobbed, using the sleeves of his shirt to wipe away his tears.
After a while of sitting down and crying till his eyes felt like they were burning, he stood up weakly and stumbled away.
He went home, never speaking about anything to anyone. No one questioned it, ever.~
