Training

Brooke's POV

"Eric!! Wake up! It's time to train!!" I said TRYING to wake Eric if up. But, trust me, IT WAS HARD!! "ERIC WAKE UP!!!!!" I screamed in Eric's face. "What do you want?!" Eric said sitting up. He rubbed his eyes. "It's time to go train!!" I said. Eric looked at his clock and his eyes widened. "Brooke!!" Eric said." Whatie?" I said. "IT IS 1 IN THE MORNING!! HOW ARE YOU NOT TIRED?!?!?!??!!?" Eric screamed. "Eric, we start training at 1 in the morning." I said rolling my eyes. "Ohhhhhhh!!! Why am I so frikin stupid?" Eric said slapping himself in the face. "Heh!" I laughed. "Let's gooooo!!!!" I said running off. Eric followed and ran into the door. "Ooowwwww!!" Eric whined. "Shut up! Do you wanna be a pro guard??" I said. "Yyyeesss!!" Eric said. "So you GOTTA shut up!" I said.

At the training area...............

"Here we are!!" I sang. "Yyaaaaayyy!" Eric said sarcastically. I rolled my eyes and went over to the archery area. I took a bow and a few arrows and aimed for the bullseye. I took a deep breath and pulled the bow into position. I took a deep breath and let go. I looked to see I got a BULLSEYE!!!! Heck to the yeah!! "Good job, Brooke!" Eric said walking up and doing the same drill. We both looked to see that Eric was close to getting a bullseye. "Awww!" Eric whined. "Calm down, Eric!!" I said. "You weren't the one that missed the target!!" Eric yelled. I shrugged and went over to the Sword area. I grabbed a sword and jumped up and swung down onto the dummy. It took a sec to fall apart.

A few hours later.............

"Brooke, Eric, you have done very well." a voice said behind us. We turned to see the king. "Oh hello!" I said. "You have done well, now it's time for the last stage before you become a true guard. Teamwork." The king said.  "Yay! This is gonna be fun!!!" Eric said. "Yup!" I said. "You begin at 3:00. Only 5 minuets from now. Meet me here when it is time." The king said walking into the castle. "We can't do this!" Eric and I said at same time. "Well, if we practice, we can do it!" Eric said. "As long as you try, that's all good enough." a voice said behind us. I wiped around to see Eva. I signed in relief. "Ready for the test?" Eva asked. "Yes ma'm" I said bowing. "You don't have to call me ma'm!" Eva said smiling. I smiled and Eva walked away. I shot arrows until the King came. "Now we will do that test I was talking about  earlier." the King said. I gulped and looked at Eric. He was sweating. "This test will include, parkour!" The King said. "May I start?" I asked. "Yes you may." The King said. I ran up and jumped up and pulled Eric up. We did he same drill until we were done with the test. "You have done well, my warriors." The King said with a smile. Deep down inside, I knew we passed the test.
