Eleana Roshen sat in a dimly lit room with a window to her left and the door to her right, the building was at the wrong angel to receive all the sunlight so it wasn't made all that much brighter by the blinds being open so the main source of light in the room was the lamp on the desk she was sitting at, with Mr Lester checking over her resume, he'd been asking her questions which she did her best to answer but she was really nervous, this is the job she really wanted and OCD was playing up because at the back of the room there were shelves with folders carelessly placed all over them and Mr Lesters' awful suit and unkempt hair was annoying and distracting her so she wasn't doing well right now, but even though she knew this she wasn't really prepared when he said in a monotone 'So  why should we hire you.. uh...' he glanced down at her resume to get her name 'miss Roshen, you haven't been a news reporter for T.V, ever, the most experience you have had was writing newspapers which does not qualify you to be a news reporter i'm sorry to say.' he slid her resume back to her from across the desk and and was about to get up to leave when she grabbed his hand  and said in a voice she hoped sounded more confident than she felt 'i can be a good news reporter, i am skilled at finding out about whatever story i need to find out about, i can write and report rather well and my-' she cut herself short there, she was going to say my father is James Roshen, but she didn't want anyone to know that because they would drop down on their knees to help her then, her father being incredible famous in any reporters world, he had run three different companies and turned them from any depressing stupid news channel into a reliable source for any media the public wanted, and he was very, very good at his job. she wanted to prove she could make it on her own. He looked down at her and said sadly 'i'm sorry but i simply cannot hire you because you say you can do this, i wish i could because you may become a good reporter, but i can't hire you' she looked at him and begged 'please i wont let you down, i promise'. he stopped and looked at her for a few moments with a thoughtful expression on his face before sighing 'fine, but remember if you screw up, just once, and i will fire you in an instant' she stood and shook his hand 'you wont regret this, i assure you this will be good for the both of us' he walked past her and opened the door for her but just as she was about to go through the door he grabbed her arm 'you will need to show up to work 8:00 am, you can leave once the 9:30 am news is done, you'll be doing the morning introduction' she smiled at him 'okay, 8:00 am got it' she walked and waved at him as he closed the door to his office. later that night as she was putting on some makeup for a date with her boyfriend, it wasn't a fancy date or anything, just a casual thing but she still wanted to look nice, then she realized her date was only a little while from now she got a phone as she just finished up on her makeup she got a call from Mr Lester and answered in a cheery tone 'hello Mr Lester, to what do i owe the pleasure to?' and he replied in a smug voice 'i was just looking for anyone in your family that could help vouch for you and you know what i found?' her heart sunk 'your father is a famous man, now i just want to know why you hid it? i was about to tell the others on the news crew about this but i wanted to find out why you hid it first, so why did you hide it?' her voice was shaking, her entire plan to prove people wrong and fulfill her ambition without the help of her father was about to come crashing down, she knew what she had to do. 'we need to meet up before you tell anyone, evergreen park, north entrance, ten minutes from now' he said he'd be there and she hung up, evergreen park was on the way to where she was meeting her boyfriend so she wouldn't be too late, she put on her leather bike suit which looked pretty good and put her bike helmet on then grabbed axe and got on her motorbike and drove straight to Evergreen park. she got to Evergreen park in 7 minutes and waited by a fountain near the north entrance for the minutes to go by, 8 minutes, 9 minutes, 10 minutes, 11 minutes, 12 minutes, 13 minutes, 14 minutes went by since the phone call and she was starting to get annoyed at Mr Lester for being 4 minutes late, she always prided herself on punctuality. she saw a car pulling up near the entrance and Mr Lester step out in his poor suit and unevenly shaved face stinking of cheap smokes. he walked up and took his place leaning against the fountain next to her and asked in a casual tone tinged with a sense of superiority 'so, what did you want to talk about? what is there you could say that will stop me from telling people? i dunno why you don't want me telling people, but whatever your reason you really seem against it, and i'm here wondering what could you give me that would stop me?' Eleana calmly looked at him and he realized she still hadn't removed her helmet, she started to say something, somewhat muffled, as she drag something along behind her in the darkness, too dark for him to make out, she opened her visor and said 'i have nothing to say, but actions do speak louder than words' as she swung her axe into the side of his throat with enough force to make him fling into the fountain, staining its waters red as he grasped at his throat with the last few remaining seconds of his life. She smiled at him and spoke the last words he'd ever hear 'you really shouldn't have threatened me Mr Lester' and then walked to the other side of the fountain to wash her axe, before putting it into a carry bag on her bike and closing her visor and driving off to get to her date.
