Yellow was walking home when she saw Red and Misty. 'Probably walking Misty home...',Yellow thought with a sad smile. She kept walking until...

"Hey Yellow!!!",Red called waving his free arm since his other one was hugging Misty close. "Oh hey guys",Yellow said waving some. Yellow thought that would be the end of it, they greet then they go, but oh boy was she wrong. Red approached her witch left misty with no choice but to follow.

"Are you walking home?",He asked looking at the direction she was going to. 'The viridian forest...',he thought then looked back at yellow. Yellow kind of panicked and just nodded, "um..yes i live near the forest",She said looking away some.

"Well, we can walk you there if you want-",He began and Yellow could see Misty turning away a bit. Yellow smiled sadly at her, so...she was jealous. Yellow looked at Red, "no,no! Im fine really, I've lived near the forest since i was a kid I'll be fine. Thank you for the offer though",Yellow said speed walking away.

"Im really sorry Misty",Yellow mumbled as she kept walking home.

"Wait, Red has a girlfriend?!",Sapphire yelled in surprise as she, Blue and Yellow walked to school. Yellow nodded
"Yeah, and not only that...Misty knows im a girl. Because she knows this, she gets jealous when Red and I talk"

Blue sighed, "Dang, i'm sorry yellow i forgot to tell you that...",She said feeling bad. Yellow shook her head, "it's fine Blue, this just means Red is happy and as long as he's happy with anyone...im happy too" ,She said smiling.

"Yellow...",Both Sapphire and Blue frowned. "Hey sapphire!",Ruby yelled as he and Emerald ran up to them. Sapphire glared at him, she quickly grabbed Yellow and Blue's hands then ran off.

"Sapphire?!",Both girls asked in surprise.

"Okay sapph! Spill the beans! Why are you angry at ruby?",Blue asked as she and Sapphire surrounded yellow on her desk.

Sapphire crossed her arms and looked away. "I...I confessed my feelings to ruby!"

"What?!",Both girls yelled in surprise. By now, the students around them were use to their outburst so they paid no attention to them.

"Did he turn you down?",Yellow asked frowning. "Do i have to go kill him?!",Blue asked angrily.

"I wish he'd turn me down",Sapphire said still looking away. "....wait what",Blue and Yellow said blinking. "He...said he feels the same...but then the next day, or yesterday, he acted like if i never confessed!",Sapphire said placing a hand on her cheek.

"Wow that...that's horrible. Being turned down would've been better",Blue said frowning. Yellow nodded in agreement.

Sapphire huffed, "so now I'm avoiding him. And I'm doing it because im sure he has second thoughts about his feelings. What if he said that so i didn't feel awkward?I think he said that cause he felt bad for me"

"Well...if you excuse me i have a ruby-eyed boy to kill",Blue said standing up but was pulled back down by yellow. "Well sapphire, i don't know ruby well...but what if he's afraid? You've been with ruby your entire life right? He's never dated anyone...right? What if he's nervous? What if he feels like he'll mess up your friendship?",Yellow asked looking at her.

Sapphire blinked and stayed quiet. Blue looked at Yellow and Yellow just stared at Sapphire.
Sapphire sighed, "I..i guess you're right....I'll go talk things out with ruby see ya guys later",Sapphire said smiling at them then getting up and leaving.

"Wow",Blue said amused. Yellow looked at her "what?",she asked. Blue shook her head "oh nothing~",She hummed getting up and walking off.

Yellow tilted her head. What was that about?

"Ah great...the class i just know you absolutely love yellow!",Blue said smiling cheekily. Yellow groaned some, "i want to sit this one out....",She sighed. Blue smiled, she did feel a bit bad for her blonde friend.

"I'll ask professor birch and see if he can let you sit this one out",Blue said smiling at her. "Thanks blue",Yellow said smiling back.

Both girls arrived and immediately there was a huge crowd of girls and boys around a group. Blue and Yellow thought it was Red and Green until..

"Hey guys!",Red greeted them with Green following behind.
"Wait, if you guys are here then who...",Blue said looking at the crowd.

"Who knows! But they call themselves the elite four",Red answered looking at the group as well.

Yellow blinked and looked at the group. She saw a Woman with red hair and glasses, a boy with Red hair that clearly and for some reason defied gravity, and a boy with brown hair and bulky muscles.

Yellow tilted her head as she saw lance glance at her. She blinked and was pulled to the side by blue. "So, while you were off daydreaming~ i asked Professor birch if you could sit this one out. He said he wanted to apologize to you for forcing you to do something you didn't want to do and said you could sit it out whenever you want",Blue said smiling.

"Wait- Yellow you don't like battling?",Red asked looking at her. Yellow looked away "uh...no...I prefer to solve things outside of violence"

Blue hugged her "Aw my poor child~! Don't worry, Blue will take care of everything- ah hey green!!!",Blue pouted as green dragged her away while muttering "noisy girl"

Red and Yellow blinked. Yellow looked at Red and said, "so...what's the relationship between those two?",She asked curiously. Red looked back at her and smiled "well we've been friends since we were little...so i guess Blue's attitude just kinda grew on green. To answer your question...as far as i know they're just best friends",he replied.

Yellow blinked and looked back at the two. Yellow smiled a bit, she could tell Blue had a thing for Green, Green on the other hand...yellow couldn't tell. But it seemed like Blue's love wasn't unrequited.

Red sat next to her and smiled
"Mind if i keep you company?",He asked looking at her. Yellow tried to hide her blush and it worked. She nodded and looked away. 'Don't freak out yellow...he's just a friend...he just wants to talk! Yeah..he just wants to talk!',she thought to herself.

"So yellow-" "Hey red-"

Both looked at each other then blinked and laughed. Red calmed down first and looked at her, "You can go first"

Yellow smiled "thanks...um..why did Shiro challenge you yesterday?",she asked looking at him. Red however looked forward and frowned. "He...was angry. At us",He sighed.

"Because you...",Yellow said not wanting to finish. Red nodded
"Yeah...because I punched him. He wanted to know where you were because he wanted to fight you. I challenged him to a battle saying that if i win, he leaves us and the people we know alone but if he wins i have to do whatever he says. I won thankfully",He said looking back at her.

"Red are you crazy?! Why would you do that! You could've gotten hurt! Your pokemon could've gotten hurt! Why red, just why would you do something so reckless?!",Yellow asked while frowning.

Red was taken a bit aback, he didn't expect her to react like this. He just placed his hand on her hat and tugged it down so Yellow couldn't see him.

"Hey what the- red!",Yellow said fixing it.

"I did that because you're my friend"

Yellow stopped trying to fix her hat. She thought that'd be best, after all her face could rival his name.
