Killian's POV

I got told there was a new recruit joining as David pulled me back into his office
"Don't scare her with your horrid looks mate."
"Oy watch who your talking to."
"Me? Watch who I'm talking to I think you need to watch who your talking to as your boss and big brother."
I rolled my eyes the questioned
"Her? Ugh women are so hard to handle."
"Just because what's her face Marian didn't do a good job. Doesn't mean she'll be the same."
"But..." I started to protest but David interrupted
"And I've read her cv and I think you might be into this girl." David teased I punched him in the shoulder "ugh you are so annoying dayvee." He hated being called dayvee "okay then laddy." He knew I hated being called laddy our father used to say that to me all the time because I was younger.

David's cv radio started talking, Liam our other brother was the man talking saying that there has been a suspect running with Jewels from mr golds antiquities shop. "Let's go." I said me and David ran for the car and started going after this person. How ever a yellow bug came into view and the person driving nearly hit our car.

David got out of the car as so did I and the person in the vehicle stepped out she was quite pretty I wasn't gonna lie but still she nearly crashed into our car "Hi sorry we nearly crashed into you."
There was something wrong with that sentence what he should have said was "you need to apologise for nearly crashing into our vehicle."
"Uh uh apology accepted."
"This is a quite a small town yet I haven't seen you around here before."

"Well this is the time I introduce my self officer swan." She held out her hand to shake David shook it first and then she turned to me it felt this to decline her handshake so I shook it firmly "Well as you can see we are your co workers as we are dressed in officer uniform and in a cop car." He laughed me and the girl exchanged awkward looks "anyway I'm David, and this is..." "I'm killian." I didn't want her to think I was one of those officers who didn't speak."
"Anyway it's nice to meet you both David and killian." I should be getting to my apartment as it's getting late."
"Okay." I started to walk away
"Oh 1 more thing no 2 more things."
"Yes?" David asked
"Do you guys know where Georgia street is?"
"Yes." I told her the directions
"Thanks and when will I be starting."
"Asap please at 9 o'clock
"Okay thank you bye."
With that she started to walk away back to her yellow bug

David started driving back to the station "where are you going?" I asked
"Oh yeah we gotta catch that thieve." David grunted "I bet it's that will lad again." I rolled my eyes
"If you keep rolling your eyes they gonna get stuck like that."
"Oh shut up."
Just then I saw a flash shadow of a man "he's there!"
"You sure?"
"I'd recognise that figure anywhere."
Soon enough we had him surrounded "hello there mate, caught red handed yet again."
