Erik was in the gym practicing on the punching bag, he was tired and upset that the girl he was suppose to tutor blew him off for the third time, it was frustrating. Yet to release his anger, he got to working out, it was at least ten at night, yet he didn't feel a reason to leave. Heading the door open and close, he ignored it, until he heard the soft laugh of a child. At least a year or so old, as he looked up, he saw a fair skinned little girl, her black hair braided and in beads. She wore jeans and a sweater that had a unicorn on it. The young girl ran around the room laughing as if she was having the time of her life, she also wore a thick gold chain, worth at least a grand. He watched wondering why she wrote such an expensive gift, and why she was running.

"Hi, " Erik spoke to the child who looked up at him with her bright smile, that had a small gap.

''Hey, " she replied smiling as she ran around him.

"Are you lost?," he asked the energetic girl whose height was only to his knee.

"Scar?," a young woman's voice called out as the girl ran behind him laughing.
"Scar!," the woman yelled as she walked in, looking around, not noticing him yet. Erik realized she was the girl from the museum, he says seen her on occasion and she was always to herself.

"Hi, did you see a menace run in here, short, a year old, " she asked describing the girl who was behind him. She peeked out and giggled as Adianna rolled her eyes at the girl.

"Adi, " the girl laughed as her mom picked her up. Scarlett couldn't say mom, so she called her mom by her name. Erik assumed that the older girl was a baby sitter, not the mother, as he wondered why they were in the school gym.

"Hello, I'm looking for the Math Tutoring room, " she told him as she picked up her daughter.

"Yo' that was over like two hours ago," he told her, if she wasn't serious about her education he wasn't going to help.

"Well I tried to text my tutor, but no one answered," she replied.

"You're a liar, " he told her as he resumed punchin the bag. Adianna held her mouth agape at his tone and rude statement.

"Hol' up darlin'," she said putting Scarlett down, "wait here, " she told her as she walked to him.

"Don't call me no damn 'darlin'," Erik snapped at her. He was just upset that the person he was suppose to tutor didn't show up.

"I ain't callin' ya' how ya' behavin' so be pleased, " she told him in her southern drawl.

"Get that fuckin' kid and leave,!" he snapped at her as her towered over her.

"I was not rude to you, get a grip on that bad ass attitude," she yelled back which surprised him, not many people stood up him, especially women.

"Man go' on somewhere, " he said smacking his lips he walked off. Adianna pulled out her phone again, deciding to call her tutor instead of texting. As Erik heard his phone ring he went to go get it.

"Hello, " they said in unison as they looked at each other in shock.

"So I've been texting you like crazy, and trying to reschedule and you decide not to answer," she said crossing her arms. Scarlett was at daycare, so she left work early to get her, since Gemini told her too late today she couldn't make it.  Greg gave her the tutors number, she had called and texted to let him know, since she missed the first two days. Yet here he was, rude, angry and ignored her for a simple question.

"You lyin' you haven't- " Erik began as he checked his phone he saw eight texts and two missed calls. "Aye'  my-," he began as he looked up but she was leaving out already. Erik realized he must've been so into his anger and working out, he didn't check his phone. Smacking his lips he rolled his eyes, it didn't explain the past two days, but at least she tried. As he thought about it she looked vaguely familiar to him but he couldn't tell why.

Adianna was tired as hell, work was
hectic, school was a pain and Scarlett was a handful. She was just trying to pass with a B for this math class. Yet she couldn't make it to the tutoring session and it was obvious that her tutor did not like her. He seemed to have a low tolerance for humans considering what she saw,and his behavior, he did not have a good side; and she did not want to get on his worse side at all.
