(Bias) had been told by their (parent) to watch (OC). The pair had grown fond of each other, (Bias)'s (parent) also seeming to become oddly attached to (OC).
One day, (Bias) went through their parent's things and found that they had been planning to murder (OC). (Bias) is sworn to stick to the plan, leaving (OC) innocently ignorant.
