I bite my lip. "Come On. Come In." I think. Then give a small smile as I hear the small click that signals the door is unlocked.

I enter my father's study, carefully close the door, and silently creep to the wooden desk, cautiously listening for the sound of footsteps outside of the room. After waiting for a moment, I am satisfied that no one has followed me. I quietly open all of the drawers searching for the pin.

Many years ago, there was a very special girl, no one remembers her name, but she put an end to the Hunger Games. But around two-hundred years ago our President Finn Jacobs took felt inspired by the Hunger Games and started them back up again. For "The originality of our world needs to be refreshed and I feel bringing back the Hunger Games will inspire our nation to be original again."

That's at least the excuse he used to justify it. Besides it's not like anyone was going to object to his suggestion anyway. If you did, you would be executed.

I am pulled from my thoughts when I hear a small *clang*. I look down to see my lock pick lying on the wooden floor. I curse under my breath and quickly pick it it up and shove it into my jean pocket.

I continue to search the drawers until I've come down to the last of them. I slowly open it and begin to search it's contents until a metal glint catches my eye. I reach my hand inside and pull out the thing the peace keepers have been looking for as long as I remember. The Mockingjay Pin.
