Still The Good Girl?

Chapter 10

"So there is my roommate Clary!" a familiar voice says. I turn arround I'm shocked at who I see.

"Luke?" I'm rooming with Luke? This has to be a mistake I cannot room with Luke. Number one is that he is a dude. Number two is that he put me into the hospital with a concoction. Number three is that he is Luke. Finally number four is that he is a boy. I know I said that twice but it's true, I can't share a room with a boy, epically Luke!

"I-I can't share a room with h-him!" I shout to Jake.

"You will be fine sugar. Its only Luke, what can he do to hurt you?" Jake protests.

"Have you forgotten that he PUT me in a hospital?!" I ask in a "dah" tone.

"It wasn't on purpose!" Luke protested.

"Still you are capable of doing it" I scream back.

"It doesn't really matter" he yelled at me.

"Yea it does"

"No it doesn't"

"Yea"

"No"

At this point we were in a screaming fest fighting over who is right.

"Who is right Jake?" I ask him.

"Um, I really don't think he will do it to you Clary I don't think has the balls to do it" Jake says.

"Really?!" I say frustrated.

"Ha!" Luke says in accomplishment.

"Whatever" I roll my eyes. We walk to our mine cabin. It looks like we have the smallest one here. We walk into the cabin and I go find my room to put my stuff in. I find a room and put all my stuff in there. I pull out my phone to call Caleb to call him.

The phone rings once. Twice. Three times and he picks up.

"Hey" I say

"Hey" Caleb says.

"I'm here just saying. How are you?"

"Nothing much I was just about to order pizza"

"Okay cool well I'm gonna go ill text you"

"Okay love you"

"Love you two"

"Bye"

"Bye"

I hung up the phone and then the 20% popped up. Really why does it have to happen now, of all times. I his dismissed and then looked for my charger. Once I find my charger I look for an outlet. I don't seem to find one when all of a sudden Luke comes into the room.

"You do know that there are no other bedrooms in the cabin besides this one" Luke says.

"Well I guess you are sleeping in the couch" I tell him and resume looking for an outlet.

"But the couch is uncomfortable" he tells me.

"Well then looks like someone is sleeping on the floor" I tell him again. "And do you know if there are any outlets where I can plug my phone into?"

"Yea in the main cabin" he tells me. Why does it have to be all the way over there? "Yea I have to put my phone on charge too, wanna go there?"

"No not really but I guess I have no choice do I?"

"Not unless you want to have a dead phone"

"Alright, let's go" I put on my big winter coat and wait for Luke to come.

"Ready?" he asks me I nod and we head out. It is freezing out did I tell you? Well it is. It feels like its 100° below zero. I start to shiver and Luke noticed because he tries to put his arm around me but I flinch away.
