Ryuunosuke Ōtsutsuki is not human, he's something beyond normal comprehension.
Kaguya created him, she wanted a child that could understand her, that could see her way, a child that could obey her.
Unlike his foolish brothers.
Known by everyone Kaguya had eaten the Shinju fruit, but she didn't eat everything, she conserved the rest, she had a feeling that she needed the fruit for something else.
And it was true, we knew her child would betray her...she knew...then she created Ryuunosuke.
With the Shinju fruit and her, she created her new son.
The little creature was beautiful...he was practically identical to her...he has the byakugan and the third eye, she could feel it, but his horns were different, not like his brother, it was completely different.

They were horns, that's for sure, but of what?
Putting that aside his chakra is so pure that it was identical to the one of Kaguya unlike his brothers, they were weaker and impure.
The baby was going to be a force of nature.

"Kaa-sama where are you!!!" you could hear the shout of despair in the compound of the Ōtsutsuki.
His brothers wanted him to help them to defeat their mother, but he refused, his brothers didn't take it well, but they thought he was still young, they could change his mind ,unlike their mother who they thoughts was to far gone. They sealed him in his room for days and days.
But Ryuunosuke destroyed the seal and flew out of his room.
"Kaa-sama!!!"
If you could see the person who was yelling you would immediately think that the person is a female, but he's 100% male.
Ryuunosuke was running through the hall of the compound, he couldn't feel his mother anymore, he was terrified, what could have happened to his mother? Did she? Impossible, she can't die.
Ryuunosuke was frankly using chakra to boost his speed to look around but stopped since something in the sky got his attention, a satellite...it was slowly floating toward space...and he could feel his mother chakra in it.
" KAA-SAMA!!!" You could hear the pained cry of the youngest Ōtsutsuki, soon his brother came toward him...
Ryuunosuke didn't care for the moment, he only had his mother in his mind until he felt a hand on his shoulder, he turned to look at the person who was touching him and his anger jumped to higher levels.
" DON'T TOUCH ME" Ryuunosuke yelled at his older brother Hagoromo he slapped the hand away from his shoulder.
