We have to start somewhere so how about the front cover. Shall we folks? Yeah, I think so.

So this is the cover of my freshman year sketchbook that I started late into the second semester. I never actually finished it and just moved on to another sketchbook I got for my birthday but that comes later. This is a moleskin sketchbook that I got from a friend @Daintytoaster I think. I received it for- Oh well look at that.  Another birthday huh. Aww, thanks, guys. The cover is of a skeleton guy that I drew late at night.

This is my first page. The image is blurry and terrible I know. I know. The first page is always the worst so I guess it fits. It's just a dog and a very, very, very blurry cat.

This page is what I would work on in 8th grade during our five-minute warm-ups. I had to sit next to this jerk of a kid Armon so I'd just ignore him and doodle. I later punched him in the stomach the following year but that's a totally different story. For now.. We are on doodles. I think out of all of them my favorite is the little lizard-like creature. It has a white body and two blue horns on the crown of its head that point straight back. It has eyes that resemble a bug, which I find rather cute. It's clawed hands and feet are blue, as well as it's tail that ends in a small club quite like an ankylosaurus. If you check the other sketchbook I illustrated some of them. I only started taking art classes seriously.. about 5/6 weeks ago. I'm fairly new to art. Remember that guys.

This was my first attempt at drawing people and inking. Quick poses is written at the top because that is the website I use to get better. On the website under time practice, I input custom settings and use that as part of my daily warm-ups. Great stuff. I totally recommend it.

On the left are doodles I  did in my classes instead of doing work. Sue me. I tried out the style of Nimona by Noelle Stevenson. She also does the lumber janes and won an Eisner for both of those comics. She is also responsible for starting the idea of what would later become the hawkeye initiative. One time I was at target and saw her artwork as the cover of someones book and totally freaked out. Okay back on topic. The one of a girl with her head cut off was one I did in my math class. The image to the right is of a dude hoverboarding and was on a Spanish crossword homework assignment. The one with the red hair and the one above it was created when I tried to create something really curvy while the other really block like. The chick on the phone is a doodle in reference to an Iggy Pop song called "sister midnight". The chick to the right of her with the wires is my idea of a thief/spy or something. The page on the right is more figure drawing. In the corner is "Poise and Giapis" pronounced "poise and Gee-uh-peez(like easy peasy)". Hopefully that makes sense. I was walking the gym for PE and I saw this old black wheeled plastic cart with white letters that read "boys and girls". The letters were heavily scratched off and at a glance it looked like poise and giapis. So voilà. I thought it could be the names of two characters. I wonder who they would be. I'll think about it later.

If you think was okay then I'm happy one of us does. We're still in old art territory and will still be there for a while. Just bear with me here guys. <3
