Chapted 18

Recap: After 30 minutes Jc comes back and hands the warm bowl

"I know this might sound really strange but I'm not mad anymore Jc. I can't forgive you but I'm not mad" I say softly walking upstairs to Kian's room

"You okay ?" he asks

I nod and stay quite eating my soup making me warm inside

He sighs and covers me up and turns Netflix on the laptop

"Let's watch a movie until you fall asleep okay?" he whispers

I nod and lean into him "I'm sorry Kian, don't fall for me okay? Because I'll end up hurting you and I don't want that"

He looks down at me with watery eyes and smiles a little and whispers"Too late"

Ryder's Pov.

I woke up the next morning in my bed but alone this time. I sigh thinking about what Kian told me last night

As I started to cry I hear someone turning the nob of my door so I quickly kick the covers off running to the bathroom.

I close the door locking myself in there. Might as well take a shower

Turning on the water I start slipping my clothes off until I hear a knock on my door.

"Ryder you in the shower yet" they kinda yell through the door

"Yeah I'll be out in a few" I yell back slipping in the shower holding back my tears

After I hear them walk away I slide down the wall of the shower letting everything out that I've been holding in for months.

I then quickly scrub my hair and body, making sure I shave everywhere, I'm finally done I turn the water off stepping out the shower wrapping myself in a towel and my hair as well.

I unlock my door and walk into my room and making my way towards my closest grabbing my bra & underwear slipping them on.

I grab my plain gray crop top, and a pair of plain high waist shorts. Slipping everything on I start on my makeup keeping everything simple with eyeliner and mascara

After everything is done I go back to my bathroom letting my damp hair that wasn't soaking wet down and grab my towels and clothes and walking downstairs towards the laundry

I walk into the living room "Hey do you know who asked for me earlier when I was in the shower" I ask Connor

"I think Jc did" he says as I nod making my way towards Jc's room

I knock on his door "Come in!" he yells

I open the door and he lowers his music "Hey" I say

"Hey Ryder" he says

"Did you want to talk to me earlier?" I ask

"Uhh yeah I did" he laughed nervously

"Okay what's up" I say closing his door standing up

"Ryder come in we've slept together before don't act like we don't know each other" he says laughing as I blush

"That's very true" I say pushing back the memories and sitting next to him on the bed

"I just wanted to let you know that I'm sorry for causing you so much pain these past two months. Ryder you deserve nothing but the best. I hate myself for letting you go honestly I do, but I know Kian likes you, Cameron likes you, and I like you a lot. This isn't a game Ryder I honestly miss you, and still very much love you. I was just to scared to tell you. I know you can't forgive me yet but I want to ask you if we can be friends like we used to when we met, it'll be hard for me but I'll up for it if you are too" he says looking down
