"I just have too say, It's really starting too piss me off." A smile wiped across Carter's face. "What is?" her mother asked, "I get the same thing everytime.." Carter said, Grabbing almost all the gummy bears into her yogurt cup. "Carter! Theres cookie dough, Fruity pebbles, Oo Crushed oreos.. I cant believe I'm begging my daughter too eat crushed oreo's for dinner, I'm the worst mother."

"mom, you know how i feel about gummy bears." She laughed.
"I do, That's why I always said.. If we ever get separated, I'll meet you at the nearest tub of gummy bears.. sadly, that is my idea of a saftey tip"
that made carter laugh.

"ugh, It's max.." Carter said as her phone rang.
"I thought you two broke up?" her mom said.
"we did, he's just.. too lazy too find someone else."
"So is this.. a booty call?" Carter's mom said sarcastically. "Ugh, Mom!" Carter said disgustingly
"no.. he's just letting me know that everyone is hanging out, please dont use the word 'booty call' around me ever again." She laughed.

"go.. with your friend's" her mom said.
"no! this is our night."
"we saw a movie, we had dinner, I'm good."
"You sure?"
"yeah! You can see me anytime." her mom followed.
Carter thought for a second, then finally agreed.
"okay.."
"wait.. here, take this." her mom said, taking off her jacket and handing it too Carter.
"mom, I'm fine.." She smiled. "no, what if you get cold?" Carter gave her a look. "please.." her mom said.
"Okay.. I love you." Carter said.
"Love you more." her mom followed.
"Not possible."
"yes possible."

Carter was picking a gate lock with a bobby pin, She heard a click "And, I'm the best one." She said.

Carter and her friends ran in too get on the ride that was in the park. Her and her friends always met up there, They knew that was the best place

"dude, they're not moving" Carter's friend Max said.
Carter looked around for controls and pushed one lever up. The ride Lit up with lights everywhere
"Woooo!" Her friends started cheering with excitement. They started going around and around, One had a blunt in his hand, The rest just kept having fun.

Max got closer too Carter "you know.." Max said
"I get that we're broken up and we're still friends"
"yep" carter interrupted nodding her head "Always" She said. "So, What I'm saying, Is .. let's have the benefits." Max said. Carter laughed "That's basically all we ever were."
"Carter, Your over thinking this." Max said
She smiled looking down, She looked back up and leaned in for a kiss, The lights went out and the ride stopped, All you could here were cop sirens, "Party's over, Your all coming with me." A cop said.
"shit!" the guy with the blunt said, throwing it.

"Oh c'mon, we're just kid's, having some Harmless fun." Carter said smiling too the officer.

Before you knew it, They all we're in a cell waiting for their parents too pick them up.

"don't worry, their not gonna charge us, they'll just let us off with a warning." Carter said
The cop opened the cell, "next time this happens, you'll be talking too a judge."
Carter smiled "see, what did i tell ya."
"Tonight, You just have too face your parents." the cop said.
"I prefer a judge." Max said.
"wheres the judge?" max said sarcastically.
"move it." the cop said letting him go. All his friends started laughing.
The others started walking out, But he stopped Carter "Not you, yours isn't here yet."
Carter gave him a look, "you called her right?"
