Trixie paces the floor of her purple show wagon, thinking as her friends set up the stage in the center of ponyville. Today was the day Trixie put her life back together, no more nights remembering the taunting she got for being known as nothing more than a talent less liar. She pauses for a moment, trotting up to the window, opening up the curtains. "... Today Trixie will finally be a star... No more hiding" She sternly exclaimed to herself before shutting them. Though Trixie had said this, she was uncertain. Trixie was completely humiliated the day she was excluded by everypony in town, she had made up a completely fake identity to try to impress everypony, but in reality, she was hurting. Trixie never thought she was good enough to be a great show pony like her father, and she certainly didn't live up to be as powerful as her ancestor Star Swirl The Bearded. Knowing this, Trixie constantly corrected herself, over worked herself, and stressed herself out. Her hooves were constantly sore, she was out of breath, but most importantly... Trixie was scared... On the inside, Trixie was a little scared filly, with big dreams.
Twilight knocked on the door of the wagon, asking to be let in. Trixie turns her head and scrambles to the door, opening it with her crystal blue magic. A lavender furred alicorn with a navy blue, purple, and pink mane stands at the doorway, with a gentle smile on her face. "The stage is almost set up, we just need your help testing the microphone to make sure it's functioning properly." Trixie calms down and smiles back. "Sure... No problem Twi." Trixie and Twilight make their way out of the wagon and onto the stage. Trixie feels strange being back up on it again, it feels as if all the memories of being a magician flood back into her mind. The smoke, the juggling, the rings, the cheering, but most importantly... The Ursa major story all the towns ponies so foolishly believed. Trixie sighs and looks out among the star scattered sky. Twilight looks at her with concern. "Trixie... Is... Everything okay..?" Trixie was unsure how to awnser that question. Twilight waited for an answer from the blue coated unicorn, but she was silent. Twilight put a comforting hoof onto her shoulder. "It's going to be okay Trixie" There was a few moments of silence before a handsome young dragon came walking up with a microphone in his paw. "Here Trixie..." Said Spike in a calm gentle manner. "Try out your new microphone." Trixie looks at it for a moment before levitating it up with her magic. Trixie looks out into the crowd, no pony seated in front of the stage. "Hi..." Her voice echoed among the silence.
