It was the first day of eighth grade . I was so excited yet nervous at the same time! What happens if I like start my period and it bleeds through or I stumble and face plant right in front of Brendan and his friends! To be honest there was a lot of bad things that could happen but I was not gonna let that stop me from having a good day. I put on the cutest clothes I could find which consisted of Abercrombie jeans, a nirvana crop top , white vans and a smiley face necklace. Let's be honest...I was a train wreck. My mom insisted that I eat something healthy so I made a bowl of cereal,brushed my teeth,washed my face & did my makeup and walked right outta the house. This year my parents had decided that I was gonna start walking to school which was totally okay with me because it gave me some time to think to myself without my annoying loudmouth sister Athena bothering me .
I was almost at school when I started thinking about everything I wanted to happen this year . I wanted to get a faithful boyfriend, a couple close friends , but mostly I just wanted someone to talk to and confess all my secrets with . I arrived at school around 9:03 which was early for me . I looked around too see if I could find my friends but there was so many new faces and it was like crowded so I just kinda stood their until I heard someone scream my name. Right away I knew it was Zoe. I walked over to where the voice came from and saw Zoe and Halle sitting at a table. As soon as I sat down they started asking me all these questions about Raul . Did people already know about what happened ? Wouldn't surprise me since his new girlfriend ,Aubrey ,is like the queen of rumors. I explained to them about how he was a whore and that we just weren't met for each other and blah blah blah no need to bore you over my pathetic love life.
It was first period and I had p.e like I did last year. It was pretty boring considering all we did was sit and talk but my best friend Megan was with me so it was okay. The next class I had was science. Now I was kinda scared cause I heard that science in eighth grade was a big deal and that you have to pay attention or else your kinda just screwed. I sat down in my assigned seat. Next to me sat Laura and Raul. Sitting next to laura was gonna be fun but sitting next to Raul was gonna be a challenge. For the whole hour we just sat there and listened to mr.english talk . I was more focused on that fact that he was a ginger and didn't hear a word he said. Next we had break which was okay but I had hung out with most of my friends in the summer so it's not like there was anything to catch up on or talk about .
The bell rung and we all separated and walked to our next class. My third and fourth period class was core with mrs.May. Kyle,Brendan,grant,Jon, and jake were in it . I wanted to literally cry right then and there ! It was gonna be a long ass year. With my luck I ended up sitting in between Brendan and Kyle . God what did I do to deserve this! Oh wait nothing. It was 4th period and mrs.may was now just talking about how her daughter was going into high school and that she was happy to have a new class and all this other crap that no one really cares about . I mainly just talked to Brendan about clothing and other stuff. The bell finally rang for lunch and I rushed out of the classroom so fast.
At lunch they were serving there usual disgusting food so I just sat and waited for my friends. Aubrey showed up and we just kinda looked at each other and then looked away. Later Gregg ,isreal, and Alfonso came and we talked about the World Cup and Gregg talked about all the people he made wet over the summer and Alfonso talked about his ex gf problems . After they finished eating we walked over to the field where all my friends where. There was Megan and Hailey and the rest of the crew. I was mainly happy to see Jared and Daniel cause they were like my faves! But then I spotted Kyle and Jon sitting with us and then Brendan walked over and stood by me . I'm not saying I was nervous but I defiantly had butterfly's . The populars were sitting with us?!? I kinda just moved away and sat by deisy and talked about food for the rest of lunch.
Fifth period was math with nickol. I sat by Megan and Alfonso and we pretty much just talked our asses off until the bell rang and it was sixth period. I was a classroom T.A for Dunbar which was hella fun! I got to make fun of the seventh graders and mr.Dunbar and me told some jokes from last year and it was pretty fun. The bell rang and I walked outside and met up with Laura. Me and her had planned on going shopping after school so I was pretty excited. We were crossing the street and next thing I know Brendan is there and he winks at me ! I was in so much shock. I didn't like Brendan but he was really cute and I couldn't deny that and omg his body... This couldn't be real?!?! Only after the moment did I notice I was just standing there freaking out and felt totally embarrassed . But aye who cares we were going shopping so id be fine .
Me and Laura went to pacsun first . I looked around but all I had on my mind was Brendan and that wink. I decided to just try something on so I grabbed a fringe kimono and tried it on . It was really cute and fit perf so I bought it . After some more shopping I had bought 5 things and Laura 6 . Later laura dropped me off and I went to sleep after watching 6 hours worth of Netflix .
