The New Girl.

Prologue

Prologue:

Devin was the new girl. She came from London, England. She has been isolated from
all ..bad things by her grandmother, her grandmother didn't want her to be sad.

Her grandmother tries to take good care of her, but some how Devin was still her sad
self ever since her parents died. She hasn't been talking that much. She would normally be in her room listening to music, but grandma wanted her to be happy, so they moved to the US at LA, California to peruse her acting career.

Devin's POV

The first day of school. Why? Why do girls have to look so good at the first day of school? Why do girls wear a cake load of make up? Why can't girls wear comfortable clothes? I really don't like how things work out here, everyone is so insecure, bit they don't think positively. Why do they care so much about how that look. It's stoopid.

Dang that was deep. Why am I so weird?

"Bye grandma! I'm gonna go to school!"

"Wait! Wait! Let me take a picture."

"Ugh okay Grammie!!"

Teo POV

Ugh school!! I do not like it. The popular people. The jocks, the geeks, the nerds, the skateboarders. I don't get why everyone needs to be in cliques. It's stoopid.

"Heyy Teo." Oh crap it's Izzy the most popular girl in 10th grade.

"So I was wondering if you would like to goto my house for a swimming party. I mean it would be a pleasure if you would go there I means together. You know. Think about it." She kept caressing me, which is completely awkward. She finally walked away.

All of a sudden a girl bumped into me. And she dropped all her books.

"Oh my gosh I am so sorry!" She said. I looked up and saw her.

Wow. She had light brown hair with blonde highlights and green eyes. She was wearing a light blue beanie with studs on them and wearing a crop top that says 'do what you love',some high waisted shorts, and a flannel wrapped around her waist, and purple vans. Something about her was different. She didn't wear make up at all. And all the girls were wearing all those uncomfortable looking clothes, but she still looked beautiful with comfy clothes.

"Oh it's okay." I said while picking up her books.

"Here ya go!"

"Thanks!" She started walking away. What are you doing Teo, do something.

"Wait," she said, "weren't you in Earth to Echo?" YES! She is talking to me!

"Yeah I was Alex." Playing it cool.

"Hey can you show me around, I'm new here and I'm lost. Can you show me where my classes are?"

"Sure I'd be delighted." I got this in the bag!

Izzy's POV.

Who was that girl trying to flirt with my Teo boo!! She will pay. Time to spread rumors about the new girl!!
